To ensure your TV always defaults to your cable box when turned on, please go to Settings > System > Power and Energy > Power on behavior and select Last used input. If the issue persists despite this setting, a soft reset—performed by holding the Power button on your remote for 5 seconds—can often clear up these minor startup glitches. Thanks for choosing Sony.
