The picture quality is worlds better than my last Sony Bravia and universes better than my Samsung. My only complaint is the buttons on the remote are VERY small, and difficult for middle-aged eyes to see. I think I will have to get a universal remote so I can actually see the icons on the buttons.

We had a problem with the first one we got randomly rebooting a couple times. Returned it after a week, and the one we have now has been flawless. Bought a Sony Soundbar and woofer with it. Good sound. Speakers on TV are typical small hollow sound.

Tv shows are more enjoyable to watch and movies really pop more! Sound quality for a 55 inch is pretty good but can notice that the focus on this is just the picture itself

Amazing picture, fast and awesome contrast.

Hardest decision was picking between the B 7 and Bravia 8, mini LED being much brighter and all. But I ended with the Bravia 8 because I wanted the better blacks and this thing is bright! At the store it looked dim, but trust me, this TV is bright inside my room. My doom does not have direct sunlight, but I do not expect the TV to have issues at normally lid rooms. 120hz at 4k is awesome, I use it to play video games on my PC and it is butter smooth picture. Only thing I miss is the line output to send the audio to my amps, but digital audio should be better if you have a good DAC. Or bluetooth for non-hifi speakers.

I have 2 TVs in my living room so I can watch multiple sporting events at once and this replaced a 2016 model that still has a good picture, but couldn't handle some of the newer apps well (I gave that one to a neighbor). I highly recommend this new one!

Nice tv but freezes constantly

The only way to get it back is to unplug it. We have tried everything- used HDMI 2.0 and 2.1 cords (new), swapped the HDMI cord with one from another tv that we know works, changed the input port being used, swapped the satellite box with another. Nothing has worked. Best Buy tech was supposed to come out but he called ahead and suggested we just return the tv, since we’re in the holiday return window. One last cord change- if it happens again we will return. Too bad- nice tv otherwise but there’s no way a three-week old tv should need to be reset 10 times already.

Since technician came out and adjusted the tv to the sound bar it doesn't seem as if there are any issues.
