We're sorry to hear about your concerns with the screen glare and sound, though. We strive to make every experience top-notch, and it sounds like those aspects didn’t quite hit the mark for you. To achieve the best picture quality, we recommend not exposing the screen to direct illumination or sunlight and avoiding installing the TV in a room with reflective walls and floor materials. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming. As for the remote, we can see how the lack of a rewind button could be frustrating, ease of use is so important! If you are inside an app/streaming app, rewind and fast forward can be controlled either pressing the left or right directional buttons and pause/play using the center button of the remote.
