Best Buy has the best employees. Ryan and James were very professional and friendly. We had to return a bad TV and they replaced. The transaction was seamless.

For enhanced audio experiences, adding a soundbar is a great option. Soundbars not only provide superior sound quality compared to built-in TV speakers, but they also offer a more immersive experience, especially for movies and music.

I have had this tv for about 3 months now it was an open box and so far have not had any issues with it great quality

I’ve always assumed because you buy the most expensive you get the best . But it wasn’t the case here . All though the Sony was colorful I don’t believe it’s as colorful or as bright as its competitors. To be determined though. It’s a great tv for a darker room.

The picture was very nice, however I did not like anything else about the Sony, kept dropping WiFi, or resetting. I returned it and got another Samsung
