Not quite all it's cracked up to be

The setup and configuration of the set was simple enough, the menu is easy to access and switching from live TV to Netflix is only one button. The Google feature that allows you to tell the tv what you want is a nice feature, as well. HOWEVER, one of the reasons we bought this set were the rave reviews about the sound quality and how people didn't even use their sound bars anymore. Really? We have a cheap 2.1 sound bar and the overall sound quality from the tv doesn't match it. There's no bass to speak of, so don't believe the other reviews where they say the bass is good. Lastly, we are contacting Geek Squad because the tv occasionally turns itself on with no input. It happens during the day, at night, whenever. Not happy with this tv at the price of over $2k.
