Had Best Buy install this in my Acura TSX. Installation took a few tries to get the headlight cable, mic, steering wheel controls etc connected. This system really improves the car. Audio quality is great.

I had originally planned to update my GMC Sierra with a new OnStar mirror for a backup camera screen but that didn’t work. I looked around but most of the CarPlay radios were either too expensive or didn’t offer the stock look I wanted. Then I came across this option, I guess it’s newish to BB so not many reviews. I chose this one because it offered SiriusXM as well as CarPlay. For me that was important to have. My only complaint would be when using SiriusXM it scans all channels instead of my favorites when using the up/down steering wheel control. Also wish it’d offer a combined AM/FM/SiriusXM favorites as you scanned through, like many new cars offer. One item that’s nice is an actual volume control knob, nice when you want to quickly to down the volume. Once installed this looks as close to factory as I’ve seen, gives your vehicle a modern look/feel.
It’s taken time to get use to CarPlay and it’s screen but I am enjoying (figured if spending the $ might as well truly upgrade). I did purchase a camera from another retailer because BB doesn’t offer the truck tailgate model. I had it installed by Geek Squad and was very happy with the installer, he took the time to make sure things worked and balance out the sound with the factory speakers and the previously installed Kenwood sub.

Not my favorite, but it will do. Unsure if it's due to the installation or the radio tuner itself. Auto sync to my phone doesn't work most times. It makes me re-sync the phone constantly.

the apple car play worked sometimes. it would work and then disconnect, went with a Kenwood and it works better, also the knob wouldn't work because it bumped against the side.

I decided on this deck as I still wanted the option to play real CD's in addition to using car play, great factory integration and satellite XM radio. All worked as expected. Car integration works great (done by Best Buy installer). I have had for 6 months now, I should have did it sooner. No issues at all works great in Toyota FJ 2010 - thanks Apple, Sony and Best Buy
