Amazing television. I have always purchased Sony televisions and have yet to be disappointed. This television exceeded our expectations and would certainly recommend it highly.

It has an excellent picture quality and i can go through the different apps quickly and also like that i can control the apps with voice commands. Time will tell if it was a great purchase.

Purchased this to to replace a smaller one . Picture quality if superb, the menu is user friendly. Even if you don’t use a sound bar, the sound quality is fantastic!

When I went into the store, I was fortunate to meet and work with Jeff! ( Tall, thin, cute, dark haired young man.). He is quite knowledgeable and patient with customers! He took his time explaining different TVs and their qualities. Well, I bought a Sony OLED 9 series tv. The 2 gentlemen who came to set it up were also tremendous! Since I am slow on technological things, the guys were kind and considerate in explaining and recommending. Couldn’t have been kinder! Thank you, Best Buy for employing people who care, and know their products! I am way pleased, and highly recommend your products and services! Happy and Healthy 2021!

The picture quality on this is amazing. It is razor thin and easy to do wire management with it. Would highly recommend this tv for those who really want the best picture

Fantastic picture, sound is amazing and blows away any LCD on the market.

Love it! This tv has excellent picture and good sound with front projection speakers that play through the screen. We no longer use a sound bar. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a truly superb screen. The color is amazing. Black is black and the colors pop right out. It’s the best screen I have watched. Also it’s a Sony. It will last forever.

Excellent picture. User friendly remote. My wife likes 4k videos of other countries we visited and train excursions across America. I'm waiting for the xbr48 a9s for another room.

Quality is excellent worth the money. By purchasing this TV today your are future proofing your investment for the next few years, and I can't see how Sony tops this.

This is my second Sony of the same type. The first one (5 years old) worked great but this one works even better. If you want clear sharp and real colors this is the one to get.

This is the second A9G. We have both the 65”&55” and both have a great picture. The tv’s cost a bit Moore then other brands but I am brand loyal so Sony it is. Everyone who come over to watch the Cleveland Browns say Omg that tv has the best picture. I concur!

I love this tv. It has all your apps right in it. When hooked to 4k apple tv the picture was absolutely amazing. You feel like it's live in your livingroom. The price was totally worth it.

I've looked at a lot of options for the "complete package" and I've never been so satisfied. While pricy, the money gives you the best possible experience you can get from your TV.

I used to have the Sony XBR-65x930C which has a built-in speaker and my worry was losing that when I purchased this TV. This TV has a decent speaker with a stunning picture quality.

So far we have been really happy with this tv. It re placed an LG that had been repaired 8 times in a year. The only issue we have had with the Sony is the remote froze up and we had to repair it with the tv. Took longer to fine the instructions on the internet then it did to repair.

Picture quality is amazing! If you buy this TV make sure to include sound bar. TV sound is very poor. Saying that, we went back and purchased a Sony sound bar... amazing package. Enjoyed Christmas music and even the crackling fire sounds were authentic and crisp. Very happy with our purchase.

I’ve been a Sony product all my life and only have 1(one) issue is with the volume. Some with Sony that they can not seem to get the volume right other than that love the equipment.
