The colors on this set just jump out at you. We watch a lot of movies and golf, and it seems like we are IN the picture. Plus with the remote base speaker, it feels like it also. The installation crew were also great, friendly and efficient.

This has one beautiful picture. I’ve never seen such a crisp, clear picture. I hope it lasts like my last flat panel TV. Really happy with our choice!

Picture is great. Set up is extremely easy. Great automatic syncing with peripheral devices. With that said…be prepared to deal with a few glitches. I’ve had this tv for a little over a month…the remote has unsynced from the cable box 3 times…just have to reset and redo the initial set up to fix….for some reason the volume numeric level will represent the tv speaker value even though it is using the external audio, just switch to tv speakers and back again to fix…and recently there was no audio output to the external only speakers, just reset to fix but this also unsncys ur remote so you have to initial set up again. All glitches just happen….no reason, no change or event to cause. Not hard to fix but certainly frustrating. Otherwise, oled is as close to my old plasma picture quality I could find.

This premium TV is, in my opinion, one of the best out there as of now. Some of the highlighted features on this TV includes an OLED TV with absolute black, vibrant colors, intelligent processing, ultimate realism, 4K X-Reality PRO and object-based super resolution, smooth and vibrant colors, studio-quality Netflix content with Netflix Calibrated mode, high-performance calibration, 2160p resolution for breathtaking HD images, hands-free smart TV, motion-flow XR keeps the action smooth, acoustic surface audio+, four HDMI inputs for better home theater connection, and three USB inputs. The only couple major low-lights for this TV is that the price is extremely expensive to buy and the brightness level is limited in white scenes. Other than that, this is an excellent TV and truly one to be experienced.

This TV is the gold standard for its generation. The colors are just perfect. Obviously this is an OLED so don’t put it in a bright room, but be prepared for everyone who sees it to comment on how stunning it is!

I had an LG 65C9 for almost a month and just wasn't satisfied with the TV. It was a good TV, but just not great. Panels vary and I may have been a bit unlucky with the particular TV that I had, but when I exchanged the C9 for the Sony 65 A9G I immediately had a sense of relief. The picture on the A9G was much better for my particular taste. The motion handling was the biggest difference that I noticed. This TV (and the C9 that I originally purchased) is replacing an LG 55EF9500 that I truly enjoyed watching. The motion handling on the A9G blows the EF9500 and the C9 away. It's a very smooth picture even in action scenes with lots of movement. Additionally, colors are deep and full. The picture isn't quite as bright as the C9, but the colors on the C9 seemed a bit more pale especially in bright scenes. I also really like the A9G's remote control and menu. Every once in a while, I'll experiment with the picture settings on the A9G, but unlike the C9 that I had, the factory settings don't need a whole lot of tweaking out of the box. Overall, I really like the A9G's silky smooth picture and felt much better about making such a large TV purchase after I returned the C9 for the A9G.

I shopped for an OLED TV for 3 years going back and forth between Samsung and LG to replace my 10 year old LED Samsung 46’”. I came upon the Sony A9G while shopping for a home printer cartridge and was BLOWN AWAY! This is a work of art. Beautiful in its simplicity. This Sony IS expensive. Almost 3500.00 for the 65” and I have not regretted it one bit (get the bigger screen you will be glad you did) I sit about 9-10 feet from the screen which is perfect viewing position. This TV is very thin. I was concerned that I would have to purchase a longer TV stand to support it as mine is about 40” long and I didn’t want to wall mount the TV so the fact that It came with an 18” long, wide enough stand made me comfortable. I had delivery/setup and the 2 technicians called me, so I knew they were coming within 30 minutes from the call. Ben W. and Jake were at my home for almost 3 hours. They were professional and friendly making me feel totally at ease. If you are spending over 3000.00 for a TV spend a bit more to have it installed correctly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!! SERIOUSLY!! Picture clarity and colors are phenomenal, right out of the box. I can’t believe I waited this long to have a SMART TV. I am not tech-savvy in the least but wow this opens up a whole new level of television viewing. I planned to add a Sony 3.1 soundbar as I was accustomed to a surround sound system. This TV, in my opinion does NOT need a soundbar. The “behind the screen” sound is fantastic. It is as though the words are coming directly from the mouth’s of the people on the screen! I had read this was the case and was skeptical until I experienced it myself which is great as I saved myself 800.00. I would recommend trying it in your home prior to spending the extra money on a speaker system/soundbar. I know you might be tempted to add a soundbar and save 100.00-200.00 initially but you may save more than that in the long run. If you do invest in a soundbar, be aware that you will not be able to place it directly in front of the screen. It will not work with this low-profile TV. In this review, I tried to address the questions that I had prior to purchase. Very very satisfied with this purchase.

I did my homework before I layed out the serious cash to bring home a new Family Room TV. Every review site that I visited had the A9G as the top dog. This will replace a P series 55 in Vizio 4K. I was hoping that the A9G was in stock, but found that one would need to be shipped to my Best Buy. I felt like a kid a week out from Christmas. The shipment arrived 1day early and I was elated. The box just fit into my X3 SUV. I usually unbox and figure out the build and setup, but not for this big beauty. My son and I pulled out the instructions and began the setup procedure. The process could not been easier. Be prepared to have atleast another able bodied available for unpacking and especially when the time comes to hang it on the mount. When I hit the power button on the sleek remote it came to life. After a very brief setup sequence, we were watching TV from FIOS. With the quality of the set, you can now see the limitations of broadcast compared to streaming of Netflix or Amazon. This IS by far the best TV I have ever had the pleasure of viewing.

This is an older model, but the quality of the display and image it produces are still so amazing. Price point is high compared to LG and Samsung but I do think Sony Master series is superior. It is the thinnest Sony TV I seen and is light and easy to mount. The remote seem a little bulky and outdated though.
