Great TV, vivid colors and great for sports. You feel like you are in the action. The sound is better than I anticipated. Love this TV, Sony got it right.

Picture is great. Sharper, deeper then previous Sony. Facial detail, nature shots, really nice. Installation by Best Buy was on time, well done and informative.

I was excited about this purchase. I’ve always been a Sony fan. Unfortunately the operating system is so unstable and wonky I end up having to do a reset like every other day. Now the screen is just black in it’s native mode and will no longer show me the menu or even volume level on screen when I turn it up/down. The TV screen still works as I’m able to view the connected AppleTV and FireTV devices. I really liked many of the features of the TV, but at the core, if the OS is consistently inconsistent, then it becomes a daily frustration. Using the TV’s built-in speaker as the center speaker in a surround sound setup was incredible though. I’m just hoping this is a dud and Sony will do something about it since it is still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty.

Good buy! Nice size and picture! Great installation team from the Geek Squad! A little complicated to operate for old “geezers” like us! But nice!

This was a good purchase for me and what I was trying to accomplish. Pro's: Great picture Lot's of features Con's: Has RESET itself twice since purchase.( 6/2020) I have to turn the volume up quite a bit to get good sound. ( no problem with hearing)

The Sony TV was more expensive than the equivalent LG but our excellent past experience with Sony TVs caused us to pay the extra.

Love XBR-65A9G picture, but it rarely turns on at the first try, frequently goes into an Android reset mode, and cannot be depended upon when having guests invited to watch movies.

bought this 2019 model in late 2020 and it is a great tv - very pleased - I use it with an apple tv 4K and it auto switched to Dolby Vision - great picture

OLED is it. And Sony’s picture, features, controls, ease of use is great. I also appreciate that despite being 65” the unit is really not that heavy

TV is great and picture is amazing! Recommend this TV to anyone looking for an upgrade. The journey of the purchase, service and delivery...not so much.

This bad boy was worth every penny, my wife was mad at first bc it was pricey, but she loves it as well!

Absolutely love this TV. Went from a 42 inch to a 65-the picture is bright and vibrant. Love how you can control the TV with voice commands as well

Picture quality is phenomenal and the three speakers really improved the over all sound experience have other older sony bravia models excellent tvs

Overall this tv has a great picture. The operating software crashed a week after I purchased it but I was able to reset it by unplugging the power.

The picture is amazing. It is the highest quality I have seen. The sound is so incredible that it feels like you are in a theater. Very happy with it.

High quality TV. I would recommend this to all my friends! You have to pay for quality and the many options but I’d do it again if I can afford it.

Love it....great apps...and the Android TV software is really almost perfect. Everything in this TV is great.... except for the price....a little bit too much.

Amazing picture quality and super thin. I use the television as a center channel to my 5.2.1 surround sound. Works like a charm!!!
