Not sure. not installed well

So, I can't really fairly rate the products we purchased.I would NEVER recommend Geek squad or your service plan. It's terrible. I read poor reviews previously, but I thought that may be attributed to people who are just complainers. No, the products don't work because installation was nearly impossible to schedule. Once it was finally put in, the system did not work, and due to COVID, you have stopped in home service. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. So we were stuck with products during a shut down that just sit there. I give you a failing grade.
