I 've just had it one month and I know I haven't gotten the full potential out of the set yet but I am set for the Super Bowl. Installation was a breeze and the guys were in and out in about 90 minutes. My wife and I received a brief tutorial and we've been playing with it since.

So glad I stuck to my guns with the Sony. There’s just a quality and brand satisfaction that can’t be compared and the assurances of quality support. BEST. PURHASE. EVER.

I locked into searching for an OLED early on and was lucky enough to find this one when they were transitioning to the newer models. As I have a substantial collection, I am pleased with the degree to which Bluray movies are upscaled.

We had purchased the extended warranty and I am happy the way that Best Buy responded to replace the one that went bad. The personnel at Best Buy were just great in the way they responded to out concerns!

It has intergrated google assistance. And has all the apps on the tv. But i have an old panasonic viera flat screen from 2012 with a Roku. i have a hard time telling weather or not this tv is worth the extra money. The picture is only a touch better then the panasonic. Maybe im just not a gadget junkie.

After extensive research we settled on an OLED 4K UHD. I was torn between a Sony which we ultimately bought and and an LG. The salesman was very knowledgeable and pointed out the pros and cons of each.

I bought four Sony tv from Best Buy I love there customer service. I buy all the electronics from Best Buy because I see the product in store before perches not like on like. Best Buy gave me fee delivery also.

I have had to reset the Software at least once a week to activate the sound once I switch from Cable to Smart TV applications. I will never buy a Sony TV again.

What a picture,great.Using the sound for the center channel on my sound system,works great.Nothing bad to say about this one.
