Outstanding BUT I replaced all cables with 8K cables and everything improved. Previous cables were high quality - don’t know why such an improvement with high end 8K cables. Better passthrough? More headroom?

This is an excellent TV. We did have a problem with the remote and when I finally reached Best Buy, which actually took several tries, they sent us a new remote and now it works perfectly

This TV does not make a good impression. I bought thinking it was the best. I went to BB to purchase a new amp/receiver 2 days ago and was able to compare the LG against the TV I bought. The LG had a much better picture. I’m an avid fan of Sony but I have to say that the LG has the better picture. The Sony cost does not mean that it’s the TV. Another costly mistake on my part. Sorry Sony.

Sony TV’s are a must see if your in the market!!! Actually they are the only thing you will want to see after shopping and comparing other brands. PROCESSING- sets Sony apart from the rest!!! Simply “The Best-TV on the Market!!!

The Geek Squad did a great job installing the new TV. They moved our old TV and wall mounted it and none of the wires show as they hit them behind the wall. A new service port was installed on the wall too and it looks neater than it did before!

Great television with superior picture performance. My third Sony television but my first smart tv. Sony does great work with televisions. I am still learning all the little intricacies associated with a smart tv.

The guys that worked with me seemed to know what exactly I needed for my Tv and to set up my other products. Very helpful. They also got me some great discounts by signing me up with the Technical Support program.

It really is the best TV out there. The Android based interface is good and makes this a great TV to cut the cord. One heads-up, the bluetooth remote doesn't work with some of the IR interfaces, like my SONOS player.

Sharp picture , Better than average sounds. Some apps buggy.

Good overall The port links to devices was limited and the audio from the TV to my receiver is an archaic wire connection. I can not find the proper connection cable for stereo (need RCA or 4 wires) to my existing RCA cables to my receiver Definitely a limitation

We bought a backlight 4K TV. It had white glow in the corners on dark scenes. We took it back and got this OLED TV. It is awesome. Black and white contrast is amazing.

I’m so happy with this tv. It’s like having a home theatre.

The picture quality is great. Its real easy to set up.

Do not purchase unless you think that manually powering off to help their software boot is an acceptable practice in exchange for a nice enough view. TV is great if not for the annoying updates that freeze up the functions, like loss of sound. Returned item. Thank goodness for Best Buy service.

Great t.v. Price is worth it. Screen is to thin you wont believe your eyes when you lift the box.
