An expensive TV with awful smart features

It's an LG panel and has great blacks and bright HDR. The android TV experience is awful. Many streaming apps are choppy such as espn, nhl, and nba. The TV will often completely lose sound requiring a full reboot an android 9. The biggest detriment is the software and I've held off on writing a review until I installed another major release (android 9) and used it for a couple weeks. For as much as this TV cost I just expected better. I will put this in pro mode and buy a streaming solution.
