I bought this TV mostly to be able to stream programs! The picture quality isn't much better than my 13 yr old 65" Bravia!

I have had this tv for a while now and it is great.

Complex crap. It’s always rebooting. It’s a horrible computer and not a family TV. Challenge moving from Netflix back to TV. Pure paste of money. I had the top of the line Samsung’s and I had no problems. $20K of Sony TV regret!

The television doesn't work with certain apps, causes the television to shut off.

While the TV is great I can't say the same for the order taker(salesman) I told him specifically I wanted to use Amex points for the purchase ad he acted like I was speaking in a foreign tongue, then he had the guts to ask/tell me to make sure I gave him a high rating. Came to look at the TV before we purchased, he acted like we weren't even there. Most dis-appointing.

DO NOT BUY! The TV picture is outstanding. That is the only plus to this TV. Cons Sony support took 7 business days to reach Firmware is trash Support once reached is basically useless. They have admitted to knowing audio codecs are not working properly and they have pushed the update to another customer by mistake and confirmed it resolved the issue. They refused to send the update to my tv and claim there is no eta. Android TV is VERY laggy and unresponsive.

Hi, For some reason this TV picture does not look as good as my 5 year old Samsung. It's very good but for some reason looks muddy. I can't get The Geek Squad to respond. So you pay 4K for a tv that you really can get in LG or Samsung for 2K less and I can't see a difference is picture quality really. So if you are willing to way overpay for a tv then you will love this.

TV is unreliable with the internet connection. Have to disconnect router and re-connect to get Netflix, Do not get Amazon Prime and You Tube. Also has transmitting problems with some of the cable TV station. Thinking of returning the unit for another one.

Really good picture. Like the remote parred with everything by itself.

Didn't work as expected. Every time in order to get hulu to work I had to unplug the tv for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Also the picture seemed blurry. it was not crystal clear like it should have been. I was quite disappointed. This was my first and last experience with sony. I will stay a samsung supporter.

Not sure on the price. Some selling it online for $1,300 less than what I paid.
