The picture on this TV is amazing!! Colors are true and the black hues look great. You can definitely see the difference between this OLED and my other LED TV. Price is high but you are paying for quality.

I could not be happier. The picture is extraordinary, blacks great. Easy to set up with new yamaha 3080, Oppo and 5 Def.Tech speakers. Firmware update automatic when wifi activated. Highly recommend the A9G master series Sony OLED.

the color and picture quality on this TV in absolutely stunning! This in an incredible upgrade from the older 55" LED TV that this replaced. It is literally like night and day, we are speechless with the quality of the colors and clarity. And the fact that sounds comes straight out of the panel towards you versus towards the floor with other OLED manufacturers negates the need for a sound bar since the sound is directed towards you. Incredible quality and it runs an android operating system that allowed me to load every app possible, now my Firestick is now longer needed.

Sales staff were excellent and addressed concern I had about buying an open box item. Explained the process store follows to check out the open box item when it came back to the store along with the return policy. Gave me the confidence to save $500 on the TV I’d been looking to buy for some time. Sound is fantastic, it doesn’t seem like I have to turn up the volume as much as on my last TV and words aren’t mumbled. Picture is excellent. So far I’m very pleased.

We love this TV. The picture quality and color is amazing. We have a lot of windows in the room with the tv, but there is very little glare. The sound is also excellent.

The A9G OLED from Sony has an amazing picture and sound that is better than any TV I’ve owned. There is talk about OLED not being bright enough compared to LED, but the brightness, picture quality and overall design is way above my expectations. I delayed a long time before upgrading my 5-1/2 year old Sony 4K LED and very happy with this purchase.

I spent almost a year researching and looked at different TVs every time I went into a store and I can honestly say I think I have got the best 4K television on the market right now for movies and sports. The quality of this product and the picture is outstanding. I wasn’t hung up on any particular brand and compared my first Sony TV purchase to Samsung and LG and I believe Sony has the best picture out of the three. I stream movies through Apple TV all I can say is wow. I’ve never used it for gaming and probably never will so I can’t comment on its picture compared to its competitors. I hooked this bad boy up with a Denon receiver and $10,000 worth of Bowers and Wilkins speakers and this baby delivers

Curb side pick up was handle very good, nice to see the employees at that branch doing their jobs. For my purchase ,Sony tv is a great upgrade from my Panasonic. My experience with its controls and settings and self install went very smooth. Packaging of this Sony Bravia was thought out very professional, (good job Sony) I have never owned a high end television of this grade ,so comparison are not something I can help with at this time. I do wish 4k info would catch up ware I live. Amazing picture when watching media that this tv can produce. I hope spectrum tv can upgrade there boxes and speed to yield what we are paying for. I enjoy watching this tv when everything is picture perfect.

Very good oled tv, picture quality is outstanding, sound quality is great, maybe bit expensive but worth the money . Switch from top model Samsung tv and not disappointed.

The picture quality is excellent. The sound amplifies enough without having to purchase an additional sound bar. Easy to set up, navigate and use features. Very happy with our purchase.

Never invested this much for a TV ever, but in the last 4 weeks we have camped out in the living room watching Game of Throwns. We already seen it at least 2 times, but the experience of watching on this TV is like watching it for the very first time in absolutely breathtaking quality. It makes you feel like you have theater quality movies in the comfort of your own home. You Tube videos are stunning as welll and connecting with my iPhone to display video footage is fantastic. I can't say enough about this TV, but I love it and you will too. Money well spent!

This is our second time buying a Sony TV. The color, clarity & sound is fantastic! The Best Buy technicians did an awesome job setting up the TV & answering our questions. Very satisfied at this point!

My husband is a tv fanatic. We loo.ked at this tv three times during visits to the store for other items. The picture is phenomenal. When displayed with other models it is a standout. Smart options easy to maneuver for us very non millennials. Easy installation...used geek squad for set up. Wonderful.

The picture and sound are great. Colors are incredibly vivid and picture extremely clear. Sound is pretty good. There is slight distortion with really deep tones, but otherwise great.

The Picture is as clear as I have ever seen before. Spectacular, great for cable tv, 4k movies are even better. It is pricey, without a doubt, but it's the top of the line for movies. The only bad part about purchasing most any new tv now days, It's recommended you do a calibration on your tv for better performance. IMO that is ridiculous, go out and spend this much money, just to go and spend another $250 a month later to calibrate it. They say its like a computer when it needs updated, well you don't purchase a computer then take it to the computer store and say will you update this please...zzz Just another way to get money from you :\

This is the first Sony I have purchased in several years. I had felt that there were a lot of other televisions with equally good pictures. This was until I saw the OLED A9g Master on display. I know that it has a big price tag but I love the picture. I have always been told that your picture is only as good as your worst signal but believe me the processor in this television really cleans up your cable signal. We purchased the 65 inch and because it really has no frame/border it is a very large tv. I really can’t describe how good the picture is. Also the sound quality is good and we decided to not hook up our Bose surround sound at this time. I am very pleased with my purchase.
