Best tv the best pled of its kind. The tv is great excellent picture and easy to assemble. Just missing one main feature which is Apple TV. But other than this is a great tv.

Great TV. Easy to set up. Easy to use all streaming services including Apple TV plus. Looks lovely in the family room. Superb speakers for such a slim look.

First off the picture is amazing. Its so good the only real flaw with picture its so good that you see the flaws in the film making or show. Things like "wow that CGI from 20 years ago that I though was amazing isn't so much anymore" My only issues are that the Android TV part seem a little unstable. About once every week or two the sound stops working, and i need to reset the TV. Other issues have been TV Freezing and then auto rebooting. Seem like most issues are Android TV related, since a reboot fixes all. I love the convenience of Android TV, just wish more stable. The picture is so awesome that even with the Android OS bugs, my feeling on the TV are best summed up as a quote from the great Ron Burgundy "Heck, I'm not even mad, that's amazing!"

I couldn't be happier with this TV, the picture is just fantastic. I love how the blacks are black and the colours are so vivid. I highly recommend this TV!

I was a bit unsure of this TV as it was a 2019 model. I had actually gone to purchase an LG OLED. The speakers on the screen and the fact that the screen is slightly thicker than LG made me veer towards this. The LG screen is extremely thin and seemed too fragile. This was on a sale as this was the last one at my store. I have been using it for a month and I am pretty happy with the TV. The picture and sound is perfect for my needs. I have no regrets . LG would suit more for the gamer. Since I am not into gaming, this made perfect sense

This is my second Sony the last one lasted 10 years. My new one is great. The picture is bright the whites are white and blacks are black, and the color is vivid and lifelike. The audio is fantastic with the sound coming from the screen and works well as a center speaker

The picture was incredible right out of the box. The set up was much easier than I thought. My wife and I were very happy that we waited and purchased this model by Sony.

I like the color quality. When it goes to black, it's black and not gray. The picture is so precise.

We had a 4-year-old Samsung that developed problems. Until this Samsung we had always had Sony tvs - with some lasting 20 years or more. We are back to only Sony again and so far this tv has been great. Picture is amazing! Sound is also great. Watching movies on our new Sony blue ray is better than anything we have ever seen at any theater. Got great help from Howard Shyken, the Sony expert, and so far everything he told us has been spot on. Besides being a great tv, love being able to project my computer screen on it. Very helpful for virtual classes for kids right now.

The delivery was awkward. They just dropped it in the garage didn’t even bring it into the house. My Bose system with RCA plugs doesn’t work as well with a video plug (3 RCA FEMALE INTO 1 male to fit into video port). Needs proper alignment. TV is great but noticed occasional issues with momentary black screen and yesterday lost sound and had to shut tv off and turn on and sound worked. Remote is terrible won’t turn on/ off cable box, but will change channels and volume. Can’t access information portion. I need 2 remotes. Very bizarre. The picture is great.

Even coming from an OLED (Sony A8F, A8G, and LG C9) this picture quality is nothing short of phenomenal.

Previously had a 60" and decided to go with this 65" 4K Smart TV by Sony, after looking at several brands in the same size category. This has a really sharp picture, vivid colors and a fast processor, great menu layout too! Super thin compared to the previous model we had. Really happy with this upgrade!

This thing is great! Best TV on the market. Great picture quality and looks amazing on the wall. Very easy to setup.

Great picture, exactly as advertised. I'm not sure that the price vs picture quality is worth it, especially since this product is priced extremely high and is fair traded. That means there is no competition between any and all of the retailers that sell this product. The price is fixed, I assume, by Sony. I know that at one time price fixing was illegal. I guess that's no longer the case. The result is that the manufacturer and retailer wins and the consumer comes out paying, what I feel is an unfair price.

Haven't watch to many 4k movies yet but picture quality on blu rays are incredible best sound to from the t.v.
