Fantastic color range, even color and brightness distribution. I can watch any show with my shades open and it does not impact picture quality. Versatility is customization and no sound bar needed for quality sound.

The clarity and sound are absolutely amazing. The ability to watch college basketball without the blur, action movies that look like you're live in the action. Colors are clear and sharp. Overall a fantastic TV and very easy to set up seamlessly with our other Google home devices.

This Sony LCD was purchased for the bedroom. You can't beat the price and picture quality for a television that will stay on for 50% of the night.

We love most everything about the TV so far. The only real concern I’ve had is it did not want to connect to the Internet a couple times one day seems to be fine now hoping it was just an Internet issue, although the rest of the items in my house that connected to the Internet we’re having no issues

It’s great that it seems to be working fine now, but since your other devices weren’t affected, it could’ve been a temporary issue with the TV’s Wi-Fi setup. If it happens again, try restarting the TV and make sure your TV’s software is fully up to date for optimum performance. You can check this by going to Settings System → About → System software update.

It's a great TV for picture quality and easy setup. I had to return this TV for another as there seemed to be an issue with it. It would startup randomly so had to unplug it when leaving the house. It would switch stations when in the middle of watching. I have had a previous Bravia for over 7 years and love it very much too.

Great picture, issues with TV

Overall a good TV but had concerns about a few things…
Pros:
Great picture, very clear, sharp images with perfect colors.
Image has somewhat of a narrow viewing range, image less clear/bright when viewing at an angle.
Sound was ok, not great but probably average for this price range of TV.
Cons:
1) Biggest concern was occasionally TV would not turn on. Only way to resolve was to unplug and replug. Then the TV would work fine.
2) Trouble when using regular antenna TV input. Some stations would not come in correctly which was not an issue with prior TV. Also, picture on one channel froze (like a screenshot), when trying to change channel the sound/voices would change to other channels but image remained frozen on prior channel.
3) Lost all sound on one occasion using streaming. Only way to resolve was to close to the app and reopen.
4) Slow response times when navigating menus.
I really wanted to keep this TV but was concerned about long term performance given the above issues so decided to return for a different TV.

Let me start off saying that I had a great customer service experience.
The TV was an excellent choice. It has a fantastic picture and great features. So happy that my Best Buy representative introduce me to this TV, I'm so happy with my purchase.
