However, we are truly sorry that your TV is randomly powering off and restarting a few times a week. That is certainly annoying and not the experience we intend for you to have.

To get this resolved, we strongly recommend checking for any pending software updates and confirming that all "Eco" or "Timer" settings (like Idle TV Standby and Auto Shut-off) are disabled. If the issue continues, please contact our dedicated product support team immediately using the link below:
