This tv is just amazing, i had to get a new TV as my X900e decided that is was time to kick the bucket, and there are NO repair shops anymore(or at least in my area). So I headed to my local best buy and picked up this beauty. Have had it now for about a month and a half and I am REALLY happy with my purchase.

I put away the sound bar and turned down my hearing aids. The mini LED technology is superb. As a non tech person I can only say that I have saved a big bunch of money in travel costs - the imagery produced here is better than being somewhere else. Wow! I've not yet wandered into all of the Google TV and other magic stuff, but I do see the advances Sony has made in excellence in smart tv trickery.

The Cable stations still broadcast in somewhat less clear formats..like the basic channels but more and more of the broadcasts are being sent in HD , so improvement is coming. The remote for the Sony is not as versatile as I would have liked but I use the cable remote for basic stations, but the Sony remote for You Tube and streaming.

I don’t know if the new OLED tvs don’t get burn in. But I’m not taking a 3 thousand dollar risk again. But coming back to this Sony mini led tv has surprise me it looks amazing. Very bright and vivid blur free

My old $599 Bravia TV died within 2 years. I've a 15-year-old Plasma Sony TV that still works. I thought I wouldn't give Sony another chance since my last TV died in mere 2 years. But, then I decided to go for this X95K per BB's in-store associate recommendation and do not regret it. I also got the Best Buy protection plan for $199 which comes with 2-year protection and a free TV mounting. The TV mounting alone costs $250, so I got a great deal with the protection plan.

We opted for in home set up, but somehow that did not happen (long story) but television was surprisingly easy to set up ourselves with only a bit of difficulty getting the remote to sync. We were looking for a brighter TV, and we found it in this one. We actually have to turn down the brightness occasionally. Easier to navigate streaming than our old LG. It's the second TV we're purchased from our Best Buy rep Dave Howard, and we will go back to him for the next one as he is extremely helpful.

It was recommended recently by a Best Buy sales person at the store who said for the increased cost, I wouldn’t see the difference between this and an OLED. I had it and it was worth it to me to spend more money for the OLED as I felt I could see the difference. I returned this TV.
