We are very pleased with this television. The Best Buy delivery team was outstanding. They installed and connected it and made sure all was working correctly and that we knew how to operate it. Great!

TV is phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. My only complaint is that the USB ports cause the TV to shut off completely, requiring us to manually power cycle the TV (unplugging for 2 min and plugging back in). Everytime i removed the USB, the TV powered on. If not, i'd have to continuously power cycle until the TV came on.

I bought one just like this less than a year ago, but it was destroyed in Hurricane Michael. Loved it then, love the new one now! Sound could be better, but I plan to replace the home theater sound system also.

I bought this model 2 years ago. I moved and needed another TV for upstairs. So, I literally bought another one. Same Sony series, just an newer model and put the other in my MAN CAVE. Waited years to say that.

Excellent picture and the best Sony tv I have ever owned!

Our cat Dillinger loves to watch the hockey game as the puck is so much bigger and so easy for him to keep track of it. He watches for awhile and then sleeps for awhile then watches more.

The tv we bought by recommendation was very good we also bought an iPhone X and which the people that helped us were very useful On explaining everything and doing a transfer from the old phone to the new phone

I was in the market for a new tv and was lookong at several(nano9, oled. ECT) and when talking to the sale rep., the X900f came up. I decided to give it a try and I'm very glad I did. Color depth is great along with a fairly fast processor for the TV. My only real complaint would be a very large clunky remore.

This screen is great when it works. HDR/Dolby Vision support is spotty depending on the application. It is often very sluggish to respond, sometimes requiring a hard reboot to recover. The Amazon Alexa app is now infamous for randomly turning on this set. Dualshock 4 controllers worked beautifully the first few weeks, then a firmware update remapped the buttons to a bizarre layout. Sony support told me that DS4 controllers are 'no longer supported'. Their remote needs to be redesigned for a smart-tv world consisting of tons of scrolling, entering, and backing out of menus... Get the set for the picture, buy an external android box or apple tv for the smarts.

Would strongly recommend this TV to anyone that appreciates quality. Even though I've only had this TV a month, I have not experienced anything that rates below a five (on a 5 scale).

I purchased the Samsung Q70 and changed my mind at curbside for the Sony 900. I will never know the difference but I am not overly impressed with this TV. I do not like the software and controls. The main reason I went with the Sony is due to my last Samsung only lasting less then 5 years.

All you need in a tv. Voice command works great. Google assistant a nice to have considering we use google home through out the house. Resolution is great and size was perfect for our needs.

Switched from Samsung brands which I’ve had for 15+ years and love the quality just as much. Supposed to be more longevity with this brand so trying it out! Quality is great!

It’s a really nice tv. The only problem I have is that it doesn’t have RGA wire connections for my older components. I do have some high end vhs recording equipment and I have to use my old tv.

Geek Squad did a great job installing my new Sony TV. Maxwell at the Southlands store was so knowledgeable. My only complaint is I will I would have bought a bigger size as it looks so small on the wall.

We had a plasma - major upgrade to a smart tv. The sales person was so helpful. He helped me realize my tv clarity won’t be the same with the new one - but found one that would be close. The quality is still not quite as good as the old plasma - but the smart features are well worth the upgrade.

I am very pleased with the Sony and sound system that Thomas Wilson advised would be perfect for our great room. He was absolutely 100% accurate. I would heartily recommend him and his services.

Great TV for the price. I suggest looking on YouTube for the best tv settings. ( There are many options). The TV upscaling is a amazing. I have the Sony 55" 900E and now the Sony 65" 900F.
