Great customization features and perfect picture and sound quality. If you like what this tv offers and know what your getting this is the tv for you.

Have this gem in a brighter room and couldn’t be happier. Great graphics, tremendous picture sharpness. White scenes tend to be a slight blue in color but not enough to lower my rating.

Only thing I wish is that it had a wider viewing angle and ran at 120 hertz oh and also had 2.1 HDMI input but it doesn’t and it’s so incredibly sad.

if you want superior contrast for sports and gaming you want this TV for its full array, samsungs edge lighting in its qled is straight garbage

Great TV and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Spend a little extra and don’t settle! Remember you don’t need the newest and best but you get what you pay for!

The sales person said the delivery will include setup , not true in my case , although courteous and on time the delivery men said we aren’t allowed to remove the tv from the box

I cannot really speak to using the product yet. We were replacing our old TV due to a flood in the basement, we are remodeling the basement ourselves and this will be a long drawn out process.

Sony is like buying a Toyota... great TV and no problems. You get what you pay for. Only regret is a few streaming app's aren't available for this model... Redbox, Xfinity hard to "mirror" cell phone etc... Prime and YouTube is fine. All in all we love it. After all it's a Sony!

Very good customer service. Had purchased a TV a week prior. Had it a week and the picture went out. Brought it back with no troubles. Exchanged it for a different one! Very easy!

The TV is wonderful the installation people really did a wonderful job and very clean and quick. The install was a little difficult but they handled it extremely well

Great tv. I have this mounted in my den. Great tv other than OLEDa so you get great value. Only issue is the speakers are not great and the sound bar is not integrated well with the tv. Sometimes you have to turn the sound bar off and on before they sync properly.

My purchase was a warranty exchange after four years. TV could not be repaired, so it was replaced with a brand new one. No hassles, great customer service ~ knowledgeable people.

Returned the Samsung 65 inch for the Sony Bravia 65! Better clarity and movies look real as opposed to Samsung’s due to the fact that Sony developed movie cameras years ago! Makes sense!

Great TV!!! This TV is still running at optimal performance and until 8k comes out or OLEF drops in price I’m not getting a new one.

Have Always bought Sony tv's. Should have been an easy set up, but This time the smart tv could not WiFi connect to internet. Spent a lot of time on set up and manual input to connect. This should have been done by Geek Squad at time of delivery. Delivery people did not even unpack the set. a

We bought this tv during the sale on Thanksgiving night. We finally was able to set it up last night. We love it and it’s the first time in a long time that we as a family viewed tv shows and movies together. I gave it 4 stars because I feel like I would have liked the picture more crisp.
