Customers are delighted by the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class X900F Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV. They appreciate its great value for the price and find it particularly suitable for gaming. While some users have concerns about the remote control's functionality and the TV's speakers, these drawbacks do not overshadow the overall positive customer experience.

We love our new kitchen appliances, and Best Buy made it so easy for delivery and installation all in the same morning. So far we are very happy with our decision to buy from Best Buy!

After doing lots of research, I chose this model for it's processor. When the screen is black, I still see a blotchy variation. I probably should make use of my extended warranty.

Sony makes good TVs, however the picture on this one is not as crisp a picture as I expected. It is still shows acceptable picture quality. Good value for the price.

The only negative thing is the remote. The bottom are to small for the things you actually need to use.

What did I expect for over $1700? A better picture from the factory. We’ve tweaked for almost a month trying to reduce the blown out whites and sharpen the picture. I wish I could try the Samsung.

I started on bestbuy.com and thought I was sold on the TCL 6 series 65in, but decided to go into a store and see it in person. Once I got to the store the sales people told me the TCL's had poor quality and I'd be better off with just about anything else, so I was upsold on the Sony X900F. Once I got the TV home and installed the picture quality is very good, but that is the only good about this TV. Android TV isn't very intuitive and is slow and buggy. The worst part is the HDMI ARC port will not work on this TV, no matter what I do I cannot seem to hook my sound bar up with a HDMI cable. I really wish I would have taken back the Sony and just went with the TCL.

Hi, wyos10er,
Good to know that you liked the picture quality of your TV. I'm sorry that you are having issues with it. You Bravia is powered by our 4K HDR Processor X1 Extreme that includes powerful real-time image processing for ultra-detailed pictures. Make sure the TV has the latest firmware. The software update includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. To isolate the HDMI ARC port issue, we suggest performing troubleshooting steps: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00020051.
If you are still having the same issue, you can email us at [email protected] with the following details:

We bought this piece of junk about a year ago. The big problem is that it keeps dropping the Internet connection. It doesn't matter what you're watching....YouTube...Hulu...Netflix....suddenly no Internet. Our router and modem are only about 15 feet away. And at the very same time, I'll be surfing the Web on my laptop and absolutely no Internet connectivity issues! Periodically, it's so bad that I have to reboot the TV (unplug the power and then plug it back in).
The remote is crap. There is a VERY noticeable lag between when you push a button and when the TV responds. The lag is so long that you believe the signal wasn't received by the TV, so you push the button again. Sometimes it gives you a confirming "beep", sometimes it doesn't. And, if you don't have the remote pointed EXACTLY toward the right spot on the screen, it won't receive the command.
Finally, when you turn the TV off, I'm not sure the TV really goes off even though it looks like it did because when you turn it back on, the screen is sometimes in exactly the same spot in a show you were streaming.
