    Program wants to setup a google gmail account for some reason...all we wanted was to warch TV without all the hoopla about being smart!

    Everything worked beautifully from day one. Unfortunately just recently I have had to do a hard reset (unplug) in order for it to reboot and then I am able to turn it on.

    Very goo TV but too big for the distance I installed it. I replace for a 55 inches and it is a nice TV. However the control is the worst TV control I ever see

    Local dimming makes movies much more realistic. Android TV interface is very quick and easy to use.

    Great TV to watch. The kids say its too slow for video game playing. I bought it to watch sports and Tv not to watch them play video games anyway.

    I love the picture quality of the tv... when it works. I’ve called Geek Squad out twice and they’ve “fixed it” to have the same problem keep occurring. It doesn’t hold WiFi signal. I’ve called my cable and WiFi provider and I’ve hooked up other TVs to make sure it’s not my WiFi. It’s the tv. I’m very disappointed that I’m unable to watch a full episode on any streaming app without losing WiFi and having to restart the tv.

    Our old tv was a 60 inch Sony, it won't change to Netflix or apps until it warmed up.Our new purchase is a 65 inch Sony. No warm-up required. It's ready to go when you turn it on.
