Love that we are now using only one remote! Finally!

Overall I’m very satisfied. My only issue is the sound. My old LG at volume of 10-12, on this tv has to be between 25-50.

I originally was setting out to upgrade my Sharp TV which was a 4K panel but did not have the correct inputs to allow for full 4K playback via my 4K dvd player so I ended up with a Samsung 65" UHDTV with high dynamic range, this was purchased online and was not seen in person. After getting the TV home and set up I realized that the "One Connect" box that Samsung uses did not play well with home audio receivers decoding full 4K 7.2 and higher sound content as well as some additional issues. Disappointed I boxed up the Samsung and returned it to the store. I already was planning on purchasing a Sony UHDTV with high dynamic range after reading many reviews from customers but had no idea I would be walking out of the store spending twice as much as I did. I told the salesperson I had did my homework and knew what I wanted. She said "But have you seen Sony's newest model" I said no I have not, but its ok, I know what I want, she said "No, come this way, you need to see these side by side." after standing there staring at four different televisions the drool began to fall from my mouth as I stared at the TV she had mentioned. All I kept saying to her was, WOW and I cant believe how much better the vibrancy of colors and dark rich blacks, it is truly amazing!! After staring for about twenty minutes I realized I wanted to stare a bit more, only this time I wanted it in my house! Yup, I went with this model and have zero regrets!! very happy I did, many compliments have been given and I would absolutely recommend this TV and other Sony products to friends and family. Way to go Sony! I love what you are doing. The packaging, build quality, sound quality, ease of use, features all are just amazing and too much to mention. So if you are thinking about buying this TV and are on the fence about spending the extra cash, trust me when I say it is worth every single penny they are asking!
