    First television was returned because of malfunctioning problems. Replacement television has become even worse. YouTube and Youtube apps intermentently simply stop working. Cannot change with handset buttons. Now the sound has stopped working for those apps, even though everything works fine with Netflix. I have Best Buy Elite status so the return period was 30 days. Now I'm seven days over the return period. Hope Sony actually stands behind their product and will repair this, without me going with no television for however long it takes. Bottom line, is I'll simply find a better quality television from a different manufacturer. What a waste of time.

    I was a little disappointed with the wifi card in the tv. I had to purchase a wifi extender to get full signal on the tv.
