This tv is everything I hoped it would be and more!

Only complaint is that the sound quality is not as good as expected. Everything else is better than expected.

Nice tv. Only bad thing is the sound. Definitely need to have a sound bar. It made a world of difference.

The only negative comment so far is that no hdmi supplied with tv. With the cost, come on Sony, put in a nice cable ....

Nice tv but when paired with the Sony 3.1 channel sound bar I have issues with the soundbar cutting out. I had the sound bar replaced and tv boards replaced. And still dues it. Maybe it’s the arc hookup. But no fix. So not sure if it’s the tv or the sound bar. One thing though when I used the Bose 700 sound bar the issue goes away. So I’m lost.

Color dark, took quite a while to find a balance to live with. It keeps powering on at different times of day or night. Have searched on line for fix, yes others are experiencing same issue, have not found the fix.

Seems like a good tv just a little expensive. Sales guy said one of the best besides the $4k oled ones so I got it.

This tv was highly rated by reviewers, but in my hands, this tv cannot make the cut. The options are very few on this, and the adjustments are all over the place and the android os is bad. The tv viewing has a bright, clean look as you would expect with HD. Blu-ray looks great too, but pop in a 4k disc and this tv gets too dark! The darkness vannot be adjusted and if it could, i could not find the options. The hdr darkness is to the point that films are unwatchable. Unlike LG tv's where hdr can be adjusted so that 4k looks like it should be, this sony failed at 4k. Everything else about this i liked, besides the android tv, which is bland. After a few days, a yellow stripe came on the screen from some place. I exchanged and went back to LG. I am more than satisfied now.

Very happy with this set so far. We looked at a few in this category and we are glad we decided on this one.

Love the 4H UHD. Will not sync with Sony sound bar or Cable box. Blaster does not work. I need 3 remotes to operate the tv - Cable box remote for channels, sound bar remote for sound, and TV remote for on/off. Any attempts to modify set up require signing up for Sony "enhanced viewing" commercials. $2350 including sound bar and my wife can't watch tv without my help!

I couldn’t afford OLED so I had to settle and after tons of research before buying I made a darn good choice

No issues as of yet, just waiting on geek squad for better connection with my Sonos system.

The sound just goes silent pretty often picture is great but not sure what is going on with the sound

The TV is ok for the price, but the remote is horrible. Buttons around the select button are too close and your fingers hit them when your trying to go up, down or left and right. Very frustrating when you are trying to put in user names and passwords for different apps.

Sony is still top of the line, I have enjoyed its compatibility with all of my Sony products
