    We live the TV with one exception...after a year the TV need to be reset each time in order to get it to turn on. We've tried everything. It is the remote. It isn't the manual power button. I think I've narrowed it down to the power cord. I've yet to be able to locate a replacement cord.

    We were very pleased with this television until it started having power issues after owning it a year. At first unplugging it and plugging it back in would rectify the issue but then it completely stopped powering on. I went through all the trouble shooting procedures and none of them worked. Since it was over a year the warranty was expired. In lieu of paying for a service visit for a tv that was ONE year old, we chose to purchase a new set.
