Customers are delighted by the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class X900F Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV. They appreciate its great value for the price and find it particularly suitable for gaming. While some users have concerns about the remote control's functionality and the TV's speakers, these drawbacks do not overshadow the overall positive customer experience.

I only owned the tv for about a week before I returned it but here's why. At first when I was getting the settings to how I like it, the picture looked pretty good when watching demos on YouTube. Then when I watched the chilling adventures of sabrina in Dolby vision, that's when I noticed real blooming and even saw the blooming move. I even turned off dolby vision then to rewatch the same show to still see blooming. I heard sonys had blooming but I didn't think itd be as bad as it was. Really wanted to love this tv as it looked amazing in store.

I got this tv after looking at rtings.com ratings. The TV gets really bright but the colors did not seem that accurate even after calibration as per recommended settings. Will be upgrading to an OLED

When TV set up at home, the screen was defective with lines thoughout most of half of screen. Packed it up and was able to return to local Best Buy (King of Prussia, PA) with no hassle or questions asked. I always thought Sony was a quality product (I've had several Sony TVs and Consumer Reports also vouched for their reliablity) so this was very dissapointing. Switched to an LG TV which has a great picture and much prefer the Apple oriented operating system over the cumbersome Android based system in the Sony TV.

I heard so many good things about this TV. Dissatisfied due to too much Hues and people are reddish in colors. Returned the TV and got the Sony 950G. Excellent and upgraded model.

I have recently had the worst shopping experience ever from a Best Buy store in Fox Point, Wisconsin. I purchased two open box television sets - one Sony 65" X900F and one LG 65" OLED C9PUA. I went to the store to pick them up, but found they would not fit in my vehicle, so I arranged for delivery. Even though the Best Buy website states next day delivery - the delivery date ended up to be 9 days later. I took off work to be present for delivery. The weather on this day turned out to be questionable, but I was not notified until an hour after the specified delivery time that the sets would not be delivered, and then could not be rescheduled for delivery until 3 days later. To then top it off, the LG was rated as Open-Box Excellent, which according to Best Buy website, states: "Products in Excellent condition look brand new, with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs, and include all original parts and accessories. The product will be in its original packaging or a suitable replacement box."
This particular LG television set was delivered with no packaging at all, was missing hardware parts, had an off-brand remote control, and most serious - a small gouge in the glass screen.
The Sony was rated as Open-Box Satisfactory, which states: "Products in Satisfactory condition show minor to moderate signs of use that affect cosmetic appearance, but have no impact on performance. If the product has a screen, it is intact and fully functional, with no visible blemishes in the viewing area" This set came in a plain box, had all accessories included, but had a cracked front screen.
The store manager offered to replace the sets with brand new sets, but I would have to pay full price, When I didn't agree to this condition, he just offered to refund my money and take the sets back. So after paying over $3000, and waiting almost two weeks, I have no products at all.

Tv Leans back on its stand. Sony says it is designed that way and you can walk mount it if you want it vertical. You should not have to pay for a wall mount to make it vertical. They should offer legs to correct this.

This tv was okay. I was disappointed with the blacks. During night scenes the blacks looked more gray than black. I returned for the 950 sony.

I purchased this tv with high expectations, but it is not what I expected, it lags from time to time while I'm watching a blu ray movie, or any movie or just while I'm watching tv. Highly dissapointed.

This was a mistake. The interface is awful. The blue tooth connection is awful. Sony clearly doesn't have any interest in being user friendly. It has a Netflix button on the remote and that is the only streaming service that consistently connects to tv. All the others, Disney+, Hulu, Prime, etc. just clocks until you power down the tv and then connect before Netflix. We are hardwired to the internet so it isn't a wifi connection issue.

It was great until Sony decided to upgrade it and now my devices can no longer control my TV. It's been 5 months and I still have to use two remotes, whereas my cheap $250 Vizio tv works just fine. I can now see why Sony is now a joke. They have no interest in keeping their customers happy and just want to take your money from you. I'm never buying Sony again.

The fridge itself is fine for the money, although I expected it to be nicer. But it was delivered with a big dent in the front door and on the back corner.

This TV is a lot thicker than my Samsung of the same size. Also there is only 1 HDMI outlet in back. My old TV had 4. There is no Apple TV access

The built quality and style is great, we are sure we got a defective product as color on the screen was off, over saturated and dark. The performance of the tv took 4-5 second after a control button press, even for the volume. I was tempted for the next model up but returned it for another brand.
