It has an atrocious watery blurring banner it does around your character when playing games. Motion blur is poor. Picture noise is terrible as well. The color was good but with the picture grain/sound being as bad as it was and that blurring ribbon when playing video games it's not worth the money.

The TV looked amazing in the store. I brought it home and it looked aweful. The picture setting would not stay once programmed. I spoke to a manager named Matthew. He could not care less. I was doing all the work instead of Best Buy. I returned it and went back to my 55” Samsung. My old tv blows away the Sony I tried to by at 3 times the price of my old Samsung.

I purchased this TV 10/13/2019. After about a month or two, I noticed when I turned on the TV that it shows no picture for about 30 seconds and makes a loud noise. I am not sure what the return policy is that was why I didn't return it. I wouldn't recommend this tv.

Internal Power supply issue killed the tv after 2 years of light use. Will never buy another Sony TV again. Was pretty nice for the short time it worked. I didn’t buy extended warranty and regret it.

Would have returned but too much of a hassle to do so. Probably easier to integrate if you are an Android user as it appears very Google-friendly. The TVs Screen Mirroring function absolutely does not work with any of our iPhones. Still having difficulty with scanning for over-the-air channels. Would not buy this again.

We bought this TV for my elderly father who is visually impaired, there has been an ongoing problem with the TV randomly cutting itself off, then back on. I have been going back and forth with Sony for a year with no solution except "our Engineer team is already working on this and will provide the solution at the earliest." No timeline has been given, it is still not working correctly. I understand that issues happen, but the lack of resolution is my main issue. We paid too much money for this kind of customer service by Sony. Two thumbs down. My MUCH cheaper Samsung 8000 has given me zero issues and a good picture.

This tv was pretty much a let down. Maybe just personal
Preference but IMO the picture was horrible. I came from a Samsung plasma and was expecting more from this tv. Long story short I returned this for the Samsung nu8000 75in and couldn’t be happier. Tv itself looks great. Interface was very nice but picture quality 1 out of 5.

After only about a year and a half of ownership, the tv just randomly reboots pretty consistently. The HDMI Arc port is also bad. Waiting three weeks for geek squad to repair it is pretty ridiculous.

We bought this TV 12/31/2019.....return period ended 1/29/2020. Woke up this morning, 1/31/2020 and the TV will not turn on! Tried new batteries in remote, unplugging TV, plugging TV in different outlet and nothing worked! Best Buy will not help at all since it's 2 days past the return date. This will be our last purchase from Best Buy and Sony!

Went back and forth on which 65” to purchase. OLED or no OLED. Ended up with the x900f. A little disappointed in the brightness levels. Seems a little dim in a bright room. Good value at the price I paid.

65' Sony TV was exchanged for my new 85' Sony and thought you would like to know this.
I also want you to be aware of the fact that I am not excepting my Best Buy account the way it is here online. As its unacceptable to add items that I have not purchased 3 or 4 times as its on my account.
Please only show what's really been purchased. Unfortunately I am having to put this with an exchanged item review.
To be honest Best Buy's customer service is lacking honesty in all areas and it use to be much better. What really is going on? I won't have a clue.
