Customers are delighted by the exceptional picture quality, vibrant colors, and easy setup of the 65" Class X900F Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV. They appreciate its great value for the price and find it particularly suitable for gaming. While some users have concerns about the remote control's functionality and the TV's speakers, these drawbacks do not overshadow the overall positive customer experience.

I have been researching 4K tv’s throughout the summer. We just bought a larger home and my wife gave the thumbs up on a larger tv as long as I agreed not to mount it over the fireplace. I had every intention of buying an OLED, but just couldn’t justify the cost with the potential of burn in still looming. (My son and I game on the weekends). I bought the 65 in Q8 first. The brightness and wide gamut of color was amazing! At about day 5, I noticed dirty screen effect when the screen was white or a solid light color (ie: blue sky). Then I noticed it on panning shots when watching Thursday night football. I returned it to BB with no problem ( the salesman was great and understanding). I decided to go with the X900. It required very minimal calibration (thanks to Rtings) out of the box and looks simply stunning in our basement family room. IMO the blacks are darker than the Q8 and the colors are more accurate. We have watched Spider-Man Homecoming and Solo in 4k. Simply beautiful. My wife who normally could care less about techie suff had her girlfriends over one night and showed off the tv with 4k clips I downloaded to a USB. As for the Android (we own iOS devices) interface it is a little clunky, but not so much after you get use to it. I truly believe this may be the best 65inch LED on the market right now based on price and picture quality. (Full array). There is no noticeable lag when gaming on the PS4 and the “game” mode picture setting is excellent. I did like the simplicity of the Q8 remote but again, the X900’s remote is fine once you get use to all that it can do. If you’re on the fence about this or the Q8 I’d choose the X900 unless the room your putting it in has TONS of windows and you watch a lot of tv during the day. I didn’t comment on the speakers as we have a sounbar and sub, which seems the norm for tv’s today and one of reasons they can make them so thin.

The picture is ok but the motion is slow. I came in to buy a different tv with a higher motion rate but was talked into buying this tv. I was told this was a better tv but wish I would have gotten the Samsung that was less expensive.

The Tv was slow in switching from cable, Apple tv, etc. press the remote and it would take about 2 to 5 min. to change or do anything from the remote. Maybe it is the chip, which is supposed to be the best but not this one. Had to take it back.

We had an issue with this TV. We can get Netflix, and that is all. We tried to get the manufacturers warranty to kick in, only to be told that the warranty from the manufacturer was 90 days, and we were outside of the warranty period. We will not be purchasing any more TV's from Best Buy in the future. We will purchase from Costco, and use our Costco card. The purchase of an additional 3 year warranty from Costco will give us a 5 year warranty rather than a lousy 90 day warranty. Unbelievable. We were sorely disappointed with Best Buy's reaction. Live and learn.

Stopped working in less than 24hrs. Screen went black and standby light started flashing red. Went through all troubleshooting and still did not work. Returned and bought LG C8 OLED instead and love it!!

Long story, but bad experience with Best Buy. Not satisfied with the tv either. Pixelates on football games, color not that great. Did all the research, apparently for nothing.

i have always purchased sony products and purchased this sony tv when it was on sale. this tv is junk. the color is terrible. peoples faces are very red with differant degrees of intesity and so much background blue and we can't adjust it. picture is so bad we can't evan watch this tv. still watching our old bravia. could not return this tv due to the fact we had purchased it a couple weeks before christmas and did not get around to setting it up until well after the holidays. what a waste of money. it sits on the floor in a corner covered up.

Worst recommendation from BBstaff. Don’t let them convince you to go with Sony. Requires Google Play to do anything, which no one tells you about. As a result functionality is difficult and way less than Samsung. Totally regret buying Sony at same price. Don’t do it.

For some odd reason I started having problems almost immediately after it got installed. It kept turning itself off, so after much debate it got returned and got a upgrade to the XBR-55A8G.
Disappointed because I’ve grown to expect better from Sony

Will never purchase a Sony product ever again! It died at 13 months. Had to hire a technician to tell me the POWERBOX went out. This was on a two year no-interest plan and I wasn't even done paying for it. No Warranty, and no returns. Never had a TV die on me after one year. This was a terrible product
