I have nothing but good to say about this TV. The picture is sharp and crisp. Love everything about it.

Our kid broke my main 8 year old TV and then also broke our cheap smaller older one. We decided it was time to spring out for the full mounting setup. First - yeah we ordered during a peak time (start of football season) so the setup took 10 days. But, it was worth it. Highly professional staff and we love it. Keep in mind the in wall electrical option only works for plaster. We also got the most expensive mount and don't regret that. The TV seems like a great deal so far (only had it for 24 hours). Mostly at this point we are in awe of going from a TV stand to mounted.

this thing has an awesome picture and I also have a 55" qled tv the sony x900f picture is just as good or if not better im extremely happy with it

The TV has been a good TV until now. With Dolby Vision coming out this unit is having issues. We tried watching "Matrix Resurrection" and are getting a black screen for about 5 seconds every couple minutes. After some research we found others had the same issue. It is only the X900F TV. They contacted Sony and Sony won't do anything about it. So this will be the last Sony TV we buy. Sony is definitely not the Gold Standard any more.

Have had this TV for about 3 months now. Outside of a small amount of dimness in the corners during daylight scenes, normal in an LED, this purchase has worked out perfectly. 4K HDR movies are crisp and colorful and the upscaling of non-4k media is impressive. Do not use the TV speakers as I've always run audio through an AVR.

Ok so I want to give 5 stars. It's beautiful. I love google assist but.... the reflection on this tv is like a mirror. I have to turn off all lights at night. You can clearly see any light reflecting on the screen. Does this not bother anyone but me? I'm thinking of exchanging for a Samsung but will cost me at least 600.00 more for a more matte finish. Also I found out Hulu does not support android tvs. I cannot create a profile. No live TV or premium tv. So disappointing. I am trying to cut the cord. I'm hoping I can get used to the reflection issue. I do reccomend if this does not bother you.

Our 2 year old Samsung’s remote quit working with the tv so we justified moving it to another room and buying an upgraded tv in it’s place. This tv gets great reviews online. The picture is not all the hype that we read about and was also told by another dealer. We we under the impression that Sony was superior to other brands. Our picture is not clear and we get some motion blur. We have reset all the settings multiple times and see no improvement. We will return it. We don’t know what to get to replace it in that price range. If you are using the stand-be prepared-it does not sit straight up. It says on the web site it is for a “lower viewing angle.” It leans to the back a couple of inches and does not adjust. Wish we loved it.

Best TV I've ever owned. It's been moved three times since I purchased it. The legs come off ease so you can pack the TV for shipment and the legs go right back on with ease.

I love this TV. Be aware, however, that running full res with a computer requires a HIGH-SPEED hdmi cable. I had a surprisingly varied array of horrible video symptoms ranging from tearing to flashing to complete blackout from using a standard HDMI cable.

I got this tv on Black Friday nd I received today i installed it nd was watching netflix i feel collrs are washed out not good blacks my 5 yrs 1080p samsung has better colors. My samsung 6fn was better in blacks nd colors

Simple hi is easy to understand. But, the picture has a blur on edges of the screen—didn't realize it was the tv at first, but it's pretty constant no matter what we watch. Unable to use Apple TV app or cast from my Apple devices (which I had been told by the BB salesperson I would be able to do. Smart TV often freezes & glitches—gets stuck in apps or remote doesnt respond (could be the apps, could be smart tv?). Tv captions illuminate on the screen (by default) wayyyy too brightly. But the tv itself looks slick, it works, not too much glare. Just not what I expected from Sony in terms of quality for the price.
