It's also very annoying with the settings. Keeps asking you to set up the same things over and over. Also for some reason (honestly have no idea why) when ever you are watching something over wifi (netflix, prime, etc. literally anything app) the sound lever drops significantly. If you watching regular TV at a volume of 15 you will have to watch any app at a 30. TV works OK and looks good but I would recommend you go with a different option for the money.

Does not support true 4k at 120hz as vertical pixels are not displayed in this mode. Picture quality is still better than most other brands. Wait until 2021/2022 models if true 120hz@4k+ is important to you.

While we are glad to hear that you like the picture quality, we regret that the 4k 120Hz feature did not meet your expectations.
A firmware update version v6.0414 is now available to support a 4K 120Hz signal format to allow for PlayStation®️5 compatibility. You should have received a notification on your TV to download the latest firmware, just make sure you have an active internet connection.
