Decided on keeping the tv offline and just use a roku 4K for streaming/smart functions, so can’t say how the steaming stuff/WiFi is, but the menus are very snappy and responsive and fairly intuitive to navigate. Only issue I have with it, is sometimes there is artifacting around objects that move quickly against a detailed background (like someone running past patterened wallpaper). Tweaking some setting can reduce or eliminate it depending on the content. Found game mode setting to feel choppy, but don’t notice any lag with switch, PS4 or PC using any mode/settings. Highly recommend if it’s on sale and/or you don’t wanna splurge on oled, but still want something really nice.

I ended buying it and omg this tv is amazing I’m so happy with this picture quality is same as you would be looking hi res videos on your phone !! Yes it was more expensive but you also get what you pay !

Bugs/Firmware updates

Only issue for me is the dreaded bugs from hooking up next console gaming.In particular the “no audio”/“no sound”On the Ps5.I’ve had the tv for about a month and Ps5 2 days before the issue started.I’ve come across people with the same exact issue when browsing the internet for ways to resolve this it some to be caused by firmware update dealing with the hdmi 2.1. An issue that needs to be solved as Sony just got about $2000 out of me.(Hold power down on your remote for 5 seconds will hard restart your tv and fix the issue only until next time you turn off and on the ps5.. EXTREMELY ANNOYING

While we are glad to hear that you like the picture and sound quality of your Bravia TV, we regret to hear you're having an audio issue with your PS5. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have.
There is an issue in the TV software which may cause the TV to have no sound or picture for a period of time (approximately one minute) when the TV is connected to the PS5™ gaming console. Please ensure your TV software is up to date with version v6.0414.

Not the Full Array performance I expected

After reading a bunch of positive reviews on this set, I found a great deal on a local open box item. I've bought a few bigger ticket open box items in the past and unfortunately this one claimed "No missing essential items." After swapping this TV with my old wall mounted set, I came to find there was NO POWER CORD. That is an essential item in my book. Luckily my Samsung cable worked for me to temporarily test the set. This was my first 4K TV purchase and the image quality was of course a major upgrade BUT I absolutely could not take my eyes off the vignetting in the corners. This is characteristic of many LED panels and I had hoped the full array design of this set would have done well in this area.... it did not. When I returned the TV I took a look at the floor model and the vignetting appeared just as bad. Moving up to the X950H would take care of some of that, but I will likely wait a little longer and pull the trigger on an LG CX (or maybe Sony) OLED that will avoid any vignetting and buyers remorse. That being said, I exchanged this for a Samsung Frame TV to go in a bedroom instead of our main viewing room and I was more pleased with that panel despite being edge lit. It's a different use case and very different TV that was also driven by its aesthetic mounted on the wall, so take that as you will.

I went from a 4-5yr old Samsung which was good, but this tv makes the graphics absolutely insane. I can’t even imagine how great the new Xbox with 4K and 120fps will look on here. Setup literally took 5min, it’s insane how easy and fast it was. I was looking between Samsung Q70 and Q80, but didn’t want to spend 1600-1800 on the 80, so went to buy the 70 and the employee showed me this backlit Sony instead of the edge lit Samsung Q70. I’m very happy with this tv! Also the remote is WAYYYYY better than Samsung. More buttons to choose.

When you connect to the internet you get so many free channels its unbelievable. Hope to get many years out of this TV. Before I bought the SONY I was on the Best Buy website and it was between the Sony and another brand so I went to BEST BUY and ask a salesperson what brand I should buy ...He took me right to the SONY BRAVIA...Overall I believe I got an exellent TV
