    This is a great TV for general use and provides a good upgrade in menu navigation performance compared to the X900E from three years ago. The quality shows starting with the packaging. I only had one brief issue where the TV had lines darting across the screen (an issue reported by a few others in internet forums), but after unplugging the power, I haven't seen that problem since (which was many months ago). I would recommend this model to anyone who isn't seeking out a high-end device like an OLED.

    So I have had this for awhile now, and the picture for a 65 inch TV is insanely good. Usually the bigger the screen it just gets stretched out and wont look as crisp. This thing was better looking than the 50 inch LG nanocell. The picture is crisp and it really is an amazing tv and best of all I got it for $900. The only issue I have is randomly it will shut off like once a day. Not sure how to stop it though havent really looking into it, it turns back on by itself so its not a huge deal.

    I finally switched out my old 37" 1080p Hiteker TV from 8+ years ago for this one. I'm am blown away by how good it looks. I can definitely tell where the blooming occurs, but it a whole heck of a lot better than my previous TV that I don't really mind it much. I appreciated how this Sony has all the smart functions, works with my Apple devices via AirPlay, works with Amazon Alexa, and syncs well with my Sony sound bar and blu-ray player. I love this TV so far. Set up was easy.

    First I bought the Samsung QLED Q70 and it came with damages, they changed it for another like it and it also came with damages too !!! So I said this time I'm going with Sony which is a little more expensive but they come out good and that's how it was. I took the Sony Bravia X900H, it is way better in general, it came without any defects and so far it has not given me any problems. Great TV !!! Highly recommended for gamers and to watch series or movies! Thanks @BestBuy

    I am satisfied with this TV. I don't expect everything (with any piece of technology) to work flawlessly but, I do wish Sony would rethink when they announce features that are "expected" to rollout after release. Case in point: VRR/ALLM. Do I wish the TV was a bit brighter? Sure, but the picture is amazing and certainly enough to enjoy most content. The Android OS and features work great. Picture engine and upscaling are amazing. Overall, I would recommend this TV, especially if the price goes on sale.

    So far I'm not impressed with this TV. I realize there is a learning curve with new electronics. This TV is not forgiving it responds slow at times and shuts down and "REBOOTS" all to frequently. The picture is excellent as normal for SONY. The instructions coming with it could improved vastly. I am knowledgeable with electronics both audio and video, but you spend large amounts of time attempting to set it up and hook it to the overall system and then stumble around to find the proper settings. Still working on some things after a month.

    I so badly want to give this tv 5 stars but cut it to 4 solely due to their first firmware update for the HDMI 2.1. This update actually made my TV unstable and I had to search a few sites until I found the temporary corrections. Sony has since released another firmware update that has corrected the issue but I expect they should have gotten it right the first time. Picture is amazing. PS5 will be in soon and I hope they are a match made in heaven just as my old Sony TV was with the PS4. Also, getting it for $970 was a huge plus.

    TV quality is pretty good. Gaming features are great. But there are so many bugs. One consistent bug was the TV would often turn on without sound (from both tv speakers and sound bar). The TV would randomly shut off or crash. Those issues really ruined it for me. Did everything from factory reset, to contacting costumer support. I even checked online forums and found that the aforementioned are relatively common issues.

      - Turn off your TV and disconnect all devices.
      - Unplug the power cord for 2 minutes and then plug it back in.
      - We also recommend updating the software of the TV. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your unit. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.

    I bought the 65” x900 H model. Just Brilliant TV. If this TV fits within your budget, just get it. It is such a great TV You may not need an OLED or QLED yet, since there is not much content out there for that kind of quality. This 4K ultra HD is Full Array LED and as good as OLED. I am very happy with picture, sound , the set process and Best Buy Delivery process as well. Highly recommended.

    900h wasn’t good enough for me, love the 950

    The discounted price of this tv was irritable vs the OLEDs or the 950h so I really wanted to love it but after bringing it home and comparing it to my 900f, the new 900h proved to have a lesser picture no matter what I did with the settings. The detail was less and the vibrancy of the colors were less too. While a great tv for a lot of people, I couldn’t live with it knowing it was a step backwards from my 2 year old 900f. For this reason, I decided to step up and spend more money to get the image quality I was looking for. Bought both the A8h and 950h while they were still on Black Friday sale. I set both TVs up next to each other and made comparisons using lots of different content but no gaming. I could provide a bunch of detailed comments but the bottom line is, I’m thrilled with the 950h. I can’t believe how close they are in picture quality. It is super hard to tell the difference and I looked at a lot of content to discern differences but they were very subtle and only on certain content. If OLEDs are considered the best and I use that to rate the A8h a 10, I would rate the 950h a 9.5 given how tiny the difference was. My 900f a 8.5 and the 900h a 7. I didn’t pick the OLED over the 950 bc the legs are super short and don’t allow for a soundbar, it was another $400 for marginal benefit and while a small risk, burn in can occur, though I wasn’t too worried about that. If they were the same price, I still would have struggled picking but for $400 more, it made the choice easy. If the OLED was a 10 and the 950 a 8.5, I would have kept the OLED but that wasn’t the case.
