    excellent value! we went from a 55" lg oled to this 65" led when the burn-in on the oled got too bad. the upgrade in screen size, no risk of burn-in, and picture quality for way less than what we would have paid for another smaller oled was totally worth it for us. i'm sure the oled is probably still better for some things but it's still a 4k tv, there's less glare, and my husband plays a lot of video games and prefers this led to the oled for gaming.

    I have had this TV for almost 6 months now and here is my run down: Pros: Great for normal TV watching and okay for 4K60Hz gaming. Very nice for a non-OLED TV. Cons: - 4K 120Hz use on PC is atrocious, even with the latest firmware. The blur is still there. So if you have the next gen graphics cards, and you are expecting to have a high clarity 4K 120Hz experience, you may want to consider another option. Not sure if a software update will be able to fix this issue. - Still no support for Variable Refresh Rate(VRR) and Auto Low Latency Mode(ALLM). -For those who saw the advertised specs and expected certain features, it seems Sony may have over promised and under delivered for this set from a quality perspective. Yes, it "functions" at 4K 120Hz, but usually when I think Sony, I think quality. Now I'm kind of stuck with this TV as I was expecting the issues to be resolved over time. TLDR: - Good for normal TV users, decent for the majority of gamers, bad for PC gamers and individuals who wanted to use all the advertised features that are either poor quality or non-existent.

While we are glad you are satisfied with the great picture quality of our X900H when watching and playing the 4K/60Hz games, we are sorry you are encountering a picture issue when playing your computer with 4K 120Hz. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have on our premium TV. If you haven't yet, please try following the steps below and see if it resolves the problem:



      For blurry issue- We have identified the cause and have issued a firmware update to resolve this issue. You should have received a notification on your TV to download the latest firmware (6.0466), just make sure you have an active internet connection. For more details, please reference the link below:

      If the issue persists, please perform a power reset or restart the TV to refresh the content.

      • Power Reset

      Note: Skip this step if your TV power cord is inaccessible.

      - Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.

      • Restart

      - Press and hold the POWER button until a menu appears → select Restart



      If issues still occur, try to adjust the Picture settings such as Sharpness, Contrast, etc.

    It has been a year since I have purchased this TV. I have done extensive research on this specific model. This TV has given me a great watching experience that you would enjoy yourself. I have adjusted little to none on the display settings. It is quite accurate out of the box. There has been only one hiccup where the TV would power itself on. I have done updates and changed power settings. So far it has not been an issue but it is something to be aware of.

    Very happy with the picture on this, the processing is great to my eyes. Everything looks good from broadcast to Xbox one x to UHD blu-rays. Came from a 55" TCL Roku and find Android TV works well. I've had mine for a month, only issue is it has rebooted twice on its own and the speakers are weaker than the TCL's but I use a sound bar so no big deal. Just waiting for the update to enable ATSC 3.0 tuner to see what that's about.

    Since the HD era started 15-20 yrs ago, I've purchased a new TV about every 5 or 6 years. This is by far the best yet. Absolutely blown away by the picture quality for the TV, especially for the price. Super easy set up. Very little calibration with amazing results. Search youtube.com for the Sony X900H to find easy to follow picture set up instructions, This TV is very popular, so plenty of good info out there for it.

    It has been wonderful owning this TV. The software can be annoying at times, where it is laggy and takes a bit to catch up, but overall the experience has been wonderful. Pair it with a soundbar other than the HTZ-9F because that thing has caused use so many problems. Connectivity with it can be horrendous. The sound cuts in and out at times, but factory resetting the soundbar fixes it somehow. Couldn't find any better solution!

    Great TV that lives up to the Sony brand name. True color representation right out of the box and even better after using Rtings.com recommended settings. The screen is evenly bright with no dim areas or dirty screen effect. All types of content are a joy to watch. Don’t forget to change your HDMI inputs to enhanced if you have HDR capable devices, such as an 4kHDR streaming box or blu-ray player, to get HDR to work!
