    Great TV that lives up to the Sony brand name. True color representation right out of the box and even better after using Rtings.com recommended settings. The screen is evenly bright with no dim areas or dirty screen effect. All types of content are a joy to watch. Don’t forget to change your HDMI inputs to enhanced if you have HDR capable devices, such as an 4kHDR streaming box or blu-ray player, to get HDR to work!

    So far, so good. The Android OS interface is fast, snappy, and responsive. Be careful to check Google Play for any apps that you want to use on the TV (AT&T TV is not available as of this review). The remote control is light, easy to navigate and accurate for voice prompts. This particular TV has 4 HDMI inputs which comes in handy and the input names are easily customized which I thought was cool. Overall, a high quality picture across everything that I have thrown at it.

    It has been wonderful owning this TV. The software can be annoying at times, where it is laggy and takes a bit to catch up, but overall the experience has been wonderful. Pair it with a soundbar other than the HTZ-9F because that thing has caused use so many problems. Connectivity with it can be horrendous. The sound cuts in and out at times, but factory resetting the soundbar fixes it somehow. Couldn't find any better solution!

    I love this tv! Upgraded from a 47" LG that I bought 10 years ago to this 65" Sony. Got a great deal on it a few weeks ago and it feels like a tremendous value. My only complaint has to do with the latest firmware update from about two weeks ago which now causes the tv to randomly restart from time to time. I've seen others complain about having the same issue since the update, so I hope that Sony will release a patch really soon.

    We really like this TV. It has a beautiful picture. One con is we have a Bose sound bar and sometimes we have to manually select external speakers because the TV won’t do it automatically. Other times you are sitting there watching TV and it randomly switches over in the middle of a show and when this happens the volume change can be alarming. I will say the quality of the speakers in this TV is good! If we didn’t already have a sound bar I wouldn’t even bother.

    I have purchased several brands of flat screen TV's lately. A Samsung that developed a spot where there is a white object circle. A VISIO that died 2 days after the warranty expired - repairing it resulted in a sledge hammer solution! My Sony is +10 years old and my Sony monitor is +15 both are still functioning and are awesome! I hope this one will be as good! So far the picture is awesome and is great!

    If you have a bright room then this is a great tv with great colors! Android tv is intuitive. Future proof with eARC, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDR10, and again the color is amazing. Set up was super easy if you have a Google account. My only issue is if you are using a receiver sometimes there are issues with the audio in the apps. The workaround is unplugging the tv and receiver. Then it works again. Works well with my other Sony products.

      Connect a different device to your receiver with an HDMI cable and verify if the issue still occurs.

      Note: If your receiver supports the Audio Return Channel (ARC) function, use an HDMI 2.0 cable to connect your receiver to the ARC port on your TV.

      1. Make sure the BRAVIA Sync settings of the TV is On.
      On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button > Settings.
      Under the TV category, select External inputs.
      Select BRAVIA Sync settings.
      Select BRAVIA Sync control > ON.

      2. Perform a handshake reset on the TV and receiver.
      Power off the TV and receiver.
      Disconnect all connected HDMI devices from the TV.
      Connect the HDMI cord back to the TV, receiver, and other previously connected HDMI devices.
      Power on the TV and receiver.

    Retired an old 1080p Sony and replaced it with this magnificent 65 inch TV. Best Buy gave me a great deal and the local store personnel were a wonder to deal with. Delivery guys were on time and called about 20 minutes before arrival. The 4K TV is great especially when you play 4K material on it. Still trying to figure out the best settings for my location, but there is plenty of info on You Tube.

    This TV has a beautiful picture but I cannot get the audio to perform correctly. Sometimes it's garbled, but most of the time it is out of sync with the video. I have researched online and changed settings, tried different HDMI's, Firestick and Roku. But continue to have issues. I have it hooked up to a Samsung Blu-Ray that worked fine on my old TV. I am even bypassing the Blu-Ray player and using TV sound only. Hoping I can figure this out soon.

      We do apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried playing a different HDMI device or source like cable box, PlayStation or just the Netflix or Youtube app to isolate the issue? If the audio issue occurs on all sources, please power reset the unit, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on.

      If power reset doesn't work, update the TV software. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur. Check the link below on how to.
