I have had a 4k tv for a few years now and the improvement in technology since then is amazing. I am watching the rumors that some of the features originally promised by Sony won’t be added but overall I am happy with the purchase. The apps are snappy and responsive and viewing angle is great even for those sitting to the side in a very bright room.

Went through two Samsung LCDs for what was the same problem that the responding technician admitted to. The screen on the left side went black. This TV appears to be a great cut above Samsung. The sound was much more deep and had more bass. Out of a TV; I was impressed. Hope this TV and Best Buy stays around for a long time!!!

I was in the market for a new tv because my previous was on its last leg. My previous tv was a plasma screen tv and wasn’t a smart tv. This tv was one of the affordable 4K smart TVs that have the hdmi 2.1 connection that enhances my ps5 experience. I was interested in purchasing a television and new set of ear buds for my phone. I had great help and product knowledge given to me by both Mr. Gerald James and Mrs.Shanell Mercadel. Both of these employees explained the differences in the products that I was looking for. Gerald walked me through the different televisions, features, lighting, and picture quality between the Samsung 65" and the Sony 65". I was well pleased with the information that I received and it helped me make my decision on what to purchase. Mrs Shanell Mercadel, was so patient with me and helpful in getting me to the right set of earbuds for my phone that I was looking for. She asked me questions about how I was trying to use the earbuds, what type of phone I have, and what price limit I want to be in. Her personal attention to my concern was nothing short of genuine customer service. I really want to thank both of these employees for their patience and knowledge. With the country on edge due to the Covid Pandemic their humility and patience is so heart warming and provides me with the assurance that there are still caring people. I was explained all my options before purchasing. Salesman was honest about the quality of each option and value at the different price points. The product itself is great. The television has great picture. I think the sound bar is necessary though because the built-in speaker to the television is underwhelming.

Excellent 65" mid-range TV

It was terrible, everything about it, the setup, the menus, the remote, and picture being the worst with a "known" issue with "stutter". https://www.avforums.com/threads/samsung-2020-qled-series-tv-motion-judder-stutter-frame-rate-firmware-bug-glitch.2311975/ Decided to return it and purchase the X900H. It reminded me why I have always enjoyed Sony products. This TV is fantastic, was 10x easier to setup to the point the feet to hold the TV just snap in compared to having to screw on the base to the Samsung which took 8 screws and was a real challenge. This Sony TV was already showing foot ball and I was setting up all my streaming apps. Highly highly highly recommend, excellent choice for a good 65" TV. Fantastic.

I did initially have some sound issues with it running through my Onkyo system. None of my other devices seem to have an issues. The blacks are the greatest but the overall picture quality is fantastic. My first 4k tv so doing have much to compare it to.
