First 4K experience and as long as your patient for the firmware update then you can't go wrong. I purchased specifically for the Xbox series X and this met the requirement. X-900h review

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV, excellent so far and lovely picture quality, the tv is very fast with little latency lag for streaming shows from Netflix, etc. Only thing I will say and it hasn’t been a problem is when it naturally switches between hdmi’s sometimes the connect or sound gets lost and you have to restart it, other than that’s been excellent.

I've had my LG plasma since 2012 and it's been pretty good. After this went on sale at the new year, I decided to purchase. I like that it runs on Android. I like that it combines all the things that I used on the Roku so that it's easy to switch between my PS4, SlingTV, and over the air channels. I have it running through a surround sound receiver and the TV knows how to control it and everything connected to it. So it's a pretty slick working TV. Few things I'm not really liking. Many of my apps I use (like: SlingTV, Peacock, Hulu), don't support surround sound. They did on the Roku, but not here. There are times when switching inputs that there won't be any sound coming out. I have to switch to a different source and switch back. Hopefuly a software update will fix these issues. I also wished they still made Plasma TV's. There are times where I can see the blacks have spilover from the backlit LEDs. And if the screen is filled with a solid color, the corners of the TV are dark. You don't really notice them during shows, but during ending cards of commercials where they fill the background with a solid color, you can see. Overall though, I like this TV. Took some time to get everything set up the way I like it. And still fiddling with it.

I cut the cord almost 10 years ago now, so have relied on Hulu, Netflix, Prime video, etc which I stream from an Apple TV. Having all these (and more) included has allowed me to move my old TV and the Apple TV upstairs so I can continue watching things in bed. Picture quality is really good.

Sony is my idea of excellence but this TV has failed in so many ways. Eighty percent of the time it does not turn on my cable box. 100 percent of the time it does not turn of my cable box. The sound is out of bounds disappointing. I spent extra for the Magnolia as I have had nothing but positive experiences in the past with Magnolia but this is down right awful. The reaction time on switching from app to app is terrible and it’s listening skills to turn the channel or search for something is non-existent. I have waited years and researched beyond research before I made this purchase. I should have listened to the reviewers. Since I had it professionally installed I have to live with it but you have a choice. Please know I never write bad reviews. I purchased a Sony sound bar for Christmas so hopefully that will make a difference in the sound quality but for what I paid for the Sony Magnolia I should not have to be paying extra just to hear it. On the upside the picture is so amazing.
