The Geek Squad were wonderful when they brought us the tv, but our stand was too small for a footed TV (the old one was on a pedestal). So, we rescheduled the installation after a stand purchase, but you changed the date and sent contract workers out, not the Geek Squad. We've called but they don't know what they did with the instruction sheets and seemed unable to get us new ones. They suggested we use the internet which has not been that helpful to us. So, I'm not real pleased with your service. I do like the TV as long as everything goes right, but redoing setups and what the TV can do is a mystery that shouldn't have to happen.

Switch games look great. Future proof with pushed software updates. Only time will tell if this TV will have the legendary Sony longevity, but crossing my fingers. Very happy I went Sony instead of Samsung or TCL.

Great tv for Next Gen, at a Great Price

And you can’t beat the price right now. Though I do have to say I do feel like my TCL R615 had more vibrant colors, though this still has a great picture.

Amazing Quality for the Price

Initially I got this TV to play it with my newly acquired ps5, but lately I been watching a lot of movies on it and the image is amazing. I waited and waited until the sale at Best Buy, and I got it for more than 500 dollars off. Picture is crystal clear and colors just pop. The kids use their Xbox on it, and it is so much better than the edgelit LED Sony that I bought two years ago.

I have a PS4 pro at the moment and it runs smooth and just beautiful. Also have a Sony WT-ST5000 sound system and my tv remote can run all sony items even start the PS4 for me. The sound system is the only one you'll ever need.

Going to be some of the best Quality you will get that is non-oled. The TV once updated to new firmware was able to handle a diverse range of inputs and content very nicely. Does fine in a bright room with many windows.

Low storage, had to delete some unused apps to run update. Will check if able to add storage. Good picture. Wish that Google Play had a Spectrum app for Sony, but using ROKU for that. All in all , no disappointment.

Thin overall it is all screen. The only con would be I do a power reset every 2 weeks but that is normal for any computer like item, just like your phone, tablet and computer, needs to be restarted every so ofter.

Navigating through apps and settings is fast. I did have one issue with sound and video playback on some apps, but on-line support was awesome and it was figured out. Wasn't a huge deal, as long as it does not keep occurring.

The update really made it better for the gaming aspect. Unfortunately cable still doesn't stream 4k so sports really don't get the benefit of it. Games and movies though outstanding.

4K Sony TV for PS5, but no PS5 :-(

Setup was a little convoluted, but fine overall. Mounted with a universal mount with no trouble. Bought to go with a new PS5 - now I just need to figure out how to get one. The blacks are awesome and the picture processing is second to only another Sony maybe. Android 9.0 is very responsive. Sony 1000MX3 NC connect via Bluetooth flawlessly as well as AirPod pros.

I think Sony is not the name to watch anymore and the LG and Samsung are. We put this over our bedroom fireplace and it is such a great quality TV. It compares to our Samsung but the remote is a lot messier looking but do not let that stop you from buying it.
