    Very nice picture! Sound is not bad but will definitely benefit from a sound bar. The only knock would be the remote, at this price point it feels a bit cheap and isn’t back lit. Overall a great tv

    Great picture and easy to work with. Only problem the wi-fi went out twice. Had to talk with Sony and rest the TV back to factory. Working now, we'll see.

      Thank you for choosing and purchasing our Sony X900H Ultra HD Smart TV.

      While we are glad you like the picture quality of your new TV, we are sorry to hear that you had an issue with the Wi-Fi. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. It's also a relief that it is now working after doing a factory reset.

      There is an issue in the XBR X900H / X90CH TV software which may cause the built-in Wi-Fi connection to turn off. This issue will be addressed in an upcoming software update. Please ensure your TV has the latest firmware installed by going to Help > System Software Update > Software Update.



      In the meantime, restart the TV each time the Wi-Fi connection turns off. On the remote control, press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the TV screen, and then press Enter to restart it.

    I got this tv on sale Black Friday to go along with my PS5. It has a beautiful picture. Its capable of 4k at 120Hz after the firmware update. No variable refresh yet.

    verizon box won't turn on remotely

    I am having issues with Verizon box and TV staying on. The picture is great, but I have to unplug the Verizon box to reinitiate the tv to recognize the Verizon box. Sony has no help on customer service.
