verizon box won't turn on remotely

The picture is great, but I have to unplug the Verizon box to reinitiate the tv to recognize the Verizon box. Sony has no help on customer service.

Disappointing picture quality and uniformity issue

After an hour of Sony tech support making me reset my TV and make me tr to install firmware (learned it's not possible because flash drive must be smaller than 4GB) they said that it's a non-issue. "The LCD screen is made with high-precision technology to achieve a high level of performance and picture quality. To achieve this level of performance, the backlight setting of the TV is set to maximize the screen brightness. However, you may notice uneven brightness on the TV when watching in a dark environment or when the screen is blank. This condition is normal and not a malfunction of the TV."

Awesome picture

Paired easily with Sony soundbar and rear satellite speakers. Android tv was a very easy transition coming from Samsung TV and it operates so much faster! Have had to restart the operating a few times due to some bug that won't let the wireless connect at times which is disappointing. (Hold the green power button). Also had to reset the tv once because it wouldn't stay connected to the eARC to sony soundbar. I'm hoping it won't happen again.

Great TV with software glitches

The picture clarity is definitely a plus point. The inbuilt android software has many glitches and apps running on the TV sometimes crashes. I have also had instances where the apple tv connectivity with the TV has given me problems. Don't know if that is a apple tv issue or a Sony issue. There are sufficient ports in the TV and set up was fairly simple. This is a good TV if your app usage is limited.
