Great TV , don’t regret buying it , was trying to get the 55 inch but Best Buy website claimed it was never in stock when I purchased it so I just got the 65 inch version

This T.V broke down in a year and a half and I payed 1,100$ so im definitely so upset for no one helping on anything the guarantee should be two years I will never buy from best buy again or sony T.V’s

Picture speaks for itself. The blooming and banding on this tv is god awful. What was sony thinking making a tv with so few zones.

receive my Sony three years ago was installed by Best Buy with no problems. I’ve enjoyed using my Sony Bravia 65 inch every single day for the last thousand days. I have been absolutely no problems very clear and pristine excellent updates, apps and settings settings many tweaks that you can do. All the apps are so easy to access various programming of any sort all streaming apps easily installed if not already installed. I’ve enjoyed this television so much. As I’m disabled in a assisted-living and my private little quarter of it I do a lot of TV time. This has been a great experience. Thank you Sony.

Decided to upgrade to a 4k tv before the release of next gen consoles, and this was one of few options with HDMI 2.1 to make it capable of 4k 120hz. The update that enabled HDMI 2.1 was released shortly after purchasing it. There were some issues with the update but Sony is aware and working on a new update to fix them. Overall, the tv is beautiful and lightning fast. The tv was easy to setup and the android operating system is great and easy to navigate. 4k broadcasts of sporting events look great and super smooth with the 120hz native refresh rate (unfortunately there are only a few 4k broadcasts per week). 4k movies streamed through Netflix, Disney+, or other apps look great. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of the speakers. I originally thought of getting a soundbar but dont think it is needed for my use at least. The black levels seem very good to me (considering it isn't OLED) and there are plenty of options with auto local dimming, black levels, etc. I bought the 65 inch on sale for $970 around the time of prime day. It was a great value at that price, and is still reasonably priced at full price when compared with similar quality tvs. Haven't had a chance to try next gen systems yet, but my ps4 games are significantly better on this tv with low input lag, HDR, and improved visual quality and contrast.

I love this tv great picture very responsive when using apps not the best for gaming but when it comes to movies and tv show it’s absolutely great i did purchase the sony soundbar bundel i would say on that end the sound bar has constant skips and is fairly annoying but if it didn’t have that issue the sound bar would be great too tv 9/10 soundbar 5/10 overall really happy with the purchase

To all reading: this is being reviewed as a $969.99 product, as that is the price I purchased for. With that being said, this tv is worth every single dollar. It's not often I buy a product and feel like the asking value matched the product value given but in this situation sony has delivered, doubled down, and delivered again. Most noticeable benefits to me will be the 4k X1 processor delivering sharp true to life images that never come off too bright. Full array local dimming give shockingly oled level blacks, and even closer when you treat brightness and hdr settings. Videophiles dream with industry leading suite of picture settings to adjust picture to your personal taste. The under dog feature is definitely netflix calibrated mode, accessed through picture settings, will auto adjust picture settings on a PER SHOW basis when watching Netflix to show each program with the image the creator intended. This allowed for HDR to pop like I've never seen on a non oled tv. You get all your bells and whistles with dolby atmos, dtsx, etc. Built in speakers are for once passable, especially at the price point, however anyone in their right mind would match image this good with sound just as pristine. I'll wrap it up by saying android tv is excellent and should really be your only option if you happen to use google smart home services, however it is compatible with alexa. This tv does come equipped with 2 hdmi 2.1 ports (HDMI 3/HDMI 4) as well as 120hz panel and VRR support coming in later firmware update. Bluetooth functionality with portable speaker was strong and consistent after a week of testing. After that I hooked up my LG SN6Y 3.1 sound bar along with the LG rear wireless speakers to complete a 3.1.4 surround set up and as expected, crisp 5.1 audio played flawlessly with out loss and excellent 3D immersion with Dtsx. Have yet to test atmos but assume similar performance to dts. Streaming Hi-Res audio from tidal and spotify once again, proved flawless with lossless audio. Do yourself a favor and buy this tv, but only on sale because at 1400$ you can certainly do better.
