We have issued a firmware update recently that may help resolve this issue. You should have received a notification on your TV to download the latest firmware, just make sure you have an active internet connection.

      Make sure to connect the external device to HDMI input 3 or 4 using a high speed/Certified Premium HDMI cable.

      Set the HDMI signal format to [Enhanced].
      Press the HOME button > [Settings] > [Watching TV] > [External inputs] > [HDMI Signal format] > HDMI3/4 > [Enhanced Format].
