The Geek Squad knew what they were doing. One of the sets was defective out of the box and needed to be returned and replaced for a broken screen. A conversation with all involved and store manager was able to come up with a solution and replacement was accomplished with a better set and price matched all within two hours. IMPRESSIVE! I think this Company does a really good job in these difficult times.

Good picture and the android app are super fast

However, the first week I owned it I had to reset it back to factory twice because I lost the picture on my xbox and tv receiver. Did some troubleshooting, it was not my receiver or my HDMI cables it seemed to be an issue with the ARC HDMI port on the TV, the other ports worked fine. I have owned it for a month now and had not had that issue resurface so far.
