    One of the biggest features for me is AirPlay, so I was thrilled to learn this TV supported it. Right out of the box, the feature didn't work. I contacted Sony support and they directed me to Apple. I talked to Apple and the issue went all the way to engineering, which determined the TV is in "beta" support and Sony would have to fix the issue. Back to Sony and they asked me to convert my entire video library to 480p to try to watch it on a 4K TV. Insane. The latest support agent said "not all video formats are supported." Not even the video format that the iTunes store uses? Unbelievable. The box says "Works with AirPlay." DON'T believe it. Otherwise, this TV is great. The picture is rich and sharp. Android TV is responsive and reasonably easy to use, even if you don't have an Android phone/tablet.

    Love the picture quality but I just got this tv and I already had to reset it to manufacture because the tv volume keeps going off and you can’t hear anything I would’ve returned this tv by now but it’s too much of a hassle and I don’t have the box of it. I have bought a Sony tv in years and now I know why I stayed away from never again now I’m stuck with this tv that I have to keep resetting every other day I rather stay with my LG & Samsung so please read you views before buying this tv oh and the reason why I picked was because the sales man said it was a great tv smh sometimes these ppl just want to sale you the high price in the store and not really looking out for the customers so please into what your buying and first and last time lesson learned!!!!

Was the software of the TV updated(v6.0466)? Is this issue happening on both TV apps and external devices?
