    This Sony is easy to set up, provides vivid colors in HD and 4K. However when watching football games the football and a pass is thrown the HDR is not the highest of quality, sometimes blurry. The same can be said when watching a high speed runner.

      On the supplied TV remote, press the HOME button.
      Select the Settings gear or sprocket icon.
      Under the TV category, select Picture & Display or Display & Sound.
      Select Picture adjustments.
      Select Advanced settings.
      Select Motion.
      If your TV has the CineMotion setting, set it to Low or Off.
      Select Motionflow.
      Select Off.

    Love it! Very happy with the Android OS. Other TVs (Samsung and Vizio OS for example) don't always have new streaming apps right away. Android offers this quickly. The compatibility with other Sony products is alos great. using TV remote, it turns on receiver as well and switches source to TV input.

    Wonderful picture. It would be a 5 star if the internet would stay connected on a regular basis. At least 3 times per week I am having to restart the tv so that it will reconnect to my internet. This is an inconvenience and should no be happening with such a high end TV.

      While we are glad that you like the picture quality, we regret that the you're having internet issues. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. There is an issue in the XBR X900H / X90CH TV software which may cause the built-in Wi-Fi® connection to turn off. This issue will be addressed in an upcoming software update.

      In the meantime, please soft reset the TV by holding down the power button for 8 seconds then choose reset.

    Resolution is crisp and control is responsive to the television. Sleek look which makes it look modern. Only problem is the wifi on the TV turns off on its own and won’t let you turn it back on. A reset usually fixes it shouldn’t turn off in the first place.

      We are also sorry to hear you're having a problem with the Wi-Fi. There is an issue in the XBR X900H / X90CH TV software which may cause the built-in Wi-Fi connection to turn off. This issue will be addressed in an upcoming software update. Please ensure your TV has the latest firmware installed by going to Help > System Software Update > Software Update.



      In the meantime, restart the TV each time the Wi-Fi connection turns off. On the remote control, press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the TV screen, and then press Enter to restart it.

    Jeremiah did a fantastic job setting up our new TV and sound bar. He literally went out of his way to make it happen as he came from a ways away from where we live. I would personally ask for him if we had anything else to install. Great service great product that we are getting used to.

    We got this TV because there wasn't a Samsung available with all the HDMI ports we need. This TV is a nice size with very nice picture. Unfortunately it has some annoying software issues that according to Sony support are known issues and in the works to be fixed. It works with my other hardware sporadically when it feels like it. It continually comes on telling me it can do a better picture resolution even after setting it. Sound may or may not come through my sound bar without having to bring up settings. TV may or may not come on when pushing the power button on my remote that is set to turn everything on and off. Unfortunately it is beyond the time when we can return it or we would. We'll never buy a Sony TV again.
