    I own a 55, 65 and 75 inch of this same TV and very happy with all of them. The setup instructions should tell you how to re-boot the TVs. Press and hold the power button 10 seconds restarts the TV, it freezes at least monthly.

    Best color of all TV’s that I have owned. I am really impressed with this TV. Not having or wanting cable it has built in Sling which I subscribe to before purchasing this TV and I am down to 1 remote to run everything.

    Not sure if I've received a bad TV or what, but I've only had this TV about a week and everyday I'm dealing with some issue whether the HDMI port for the cable is not receiving a signal for video but audio is fine. I'll have to pull the cable out of the port and plug back in and everything is fine. Some days there will be distorted lines running horizontally across the top of my screen on cable or streaming device. I'll then have to unplug the power cord for 2 minutes to reset it then it will be fine. And on random times, the TV will just turn on even though I have no timers set. And the remote control is terrible. You'd think Sony could come up with a better design. I was really hoping this TV would be it since I returned 2 Samsung TVs that I was just not happy with. Now I'm thinking this will go back too. Tried calling Sony support but now you can't even reach a live person to speak with. Terrible experience.

    I love everything about this TV would like more HDMI 2.1 ports but 2 are fine. Only problem I have is Apps crash sometime back into the previous HDMI port i was coming from hope this gets fixed as it happen everyday but other then that its a great TV.

    Good TV, although perhaps slightly overpriced. Also, the Apple TV app that is supposedly now available for the X900H (via firmware update) is not available on mine, and I have no idea why. It has the latest firmware that it's willing to install.

    TV is fine but I'm not impressed for the price of the television. I'm a loyalist Sony customer, so I will probably use this for a year or two until they come out with a true HDMI 2.1 4K TV.

      A firmware update version v6.0414 is now available to support a 4K 120Hz signal format to allow for PlayStation®️5 compatibility. You should have received a notification on your TV to download the latest firmware, just make sure you have an active internet connection.

    Display is nice and crisp and the tech it uses really make it feel close to OLED. Speakers are great as well. Back ground noise sounds a little tinny at time depending on the movie or game but otherwise works fantastic.

    Great TV. All the latest features and future updates. Make sure to use hdmi ports 3 or 4 and enable Dolby Vision in the settings for both ports as well. With a 48gbps cables. This is for 4k uhd players/ps5.

    This TV provides very good picture quality. But the DNLA internet connection has problem and for the purpose of using built in apps, I use ROKU instead, which gives me more solid connection and quality. For example, Sony has media player that can connect my computer through wifi, but it takes not only long time to connect but not able to playback any contents, whereas my 10 year old panasonic tv can do flawlessly in no time. It may be the software glitches or something, I don't know. Will keep using ROKU till this issue resolved.

    So far the 65 inch X900h has met my expectations. Would be 5/5 if SONY ever rolls out the reported updates to the TV. They haven’t happened in my region and there were some reported issues with updating via USB. Make it happen SONY.

    tv is really nice. the guys hooked it up and went thru everything with me. Only thing i don't care for is getting a 15percent coupon that i can't use for anything i want to buy. the answer is always you can't use it for this item.

    good tv, 120hz 4k is nice on ps5 games that support it, EARC is the key differentiator here along with full-array backlighting, makes this tv one of the best of the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021

    For the price, this tv is incredible. Do I wish I had more money to spend on a more expensive Oled?-yes. But for what this tv can do in both the brightness, motion and game input, I’m more than satisfied to save the extra dough.

    We like the tv. It replaces a 9 year old tv. It has a firmware bug that reboots the tv at odd time. Current firmware (466) does not fix the reboots. It works great with our dish wally receiver.

    The TV that we purchased is very nice, but the two techs that did the install were a complete pleasure to work with. Very professional and did an excellent job of explaining how the TV works. Nice job.
