The TV will have a total of 16GB of internal shared storage. Please keep in mind that the on-board storage of your TV consists of the following: Internal storage also known as system memory this stores the operating system and system files not accessible to users, user-accessible storage, Storage for apps and user data.
You can move the downloaded apps to a USB storage device to increase the memory space available on your Android TV device. Hope this helps.
