Now it turns off by itself a few times a day. You cannot reach sony's customer service either thats the worst part. if you try to call it will hang up and the online chat is always busy. DO NOT BUY SONY. There are cheaper/better brands out there for the size. Look at all the bad reviews and all of them are about the this tv doing the same thing, and best buy can't do anything for you.

As this is a newer tv you and apps are important you would think this would be an option. Also the volume doesn’t always come on when you start the TV. You have to turn the tv off and then back on again for it to work.
