5 star service from the sales assistant to the Geek Squad installing. Not quiet a month since purchased but, overall very pleased with the upgrade!!! No issues or concerns with color/picture/sound. Still learning how to operate as this is our families first smart TV purchase. Only thing we feel would have been more helpful would have been more time with the Geek Squad for an overall tutorial but we are getting the hang of it!!! Sony is a little more pricey but thankfully we caught a sale. Would recommend keeping a eye out on their sales!!!

I like the voice control & Google Assistant features. Color, motion, and HD are outstanding; and the pre-loaded sound settings are perfect.

Easy to setup and it looks amazing. Great options for connecting and saved personal setting for different inputs.

I know the price seems a little steep, but I live off “You get what you pay for.” This is hands-down the tv I’ve always wanted. This tv is the one when you walk in and say “Man, I wish my picture looked like that!” I bought a Chocolate HDMI cable to go with it, and it DOES make a difference. Don’t listen to people when they say “HDMI is a HDMI.” This is a serious tv with serious output. I love it and I’ll NEVER go back. I can now sit in my own home and watch the “store tv” in my comfy Lazy Boy!

I knew that Sony tvs were good, but not this good! I upgraded from a platinum to this smorgasburg of technology. The smart capabilities of this tv exceed the current state of art. The colors are already vivid, sharp and ready to explode. As technology improves, this tv is poised to improve too. I made a great choice.

Very nice TV from Sony. The X1 Ultimate processor is untouchable when it comes to upscaling. Very clean and detailed image. I did return it ultimately though. In a darkened environment with hdr content, I noticed blooming and the black bars lighting up at times. Once you see it, it's impossible not to notice. I ended up with the Sony A9f oled.

Amazing picture quality. 4K looks top notch on this display. The only con is that the speakers are pretty weak, but nowadays people have sound bars/home theater setups so it’s not much of an issue at that point. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. My only regret is that I didn’t go bigger to a 75” oh well maybe my next purchase I’ll go bigger.

At first use the operating system took little time to get used to. Not none, but little. The biggest disappointment with higher performance TV is always lower performance signal. If given a quality source this TV performs well. Good source, good cables good performance. Great source, great cables great performance. The features of this TV are solid, connectivity and control over other components with a ir transmitter is nice. I use harmony ultimate but if you dont this TV has nice control over other components I assume. Picture quality is great for a nonOLED tv but the price isnt. Its over priced for an LED in my opinion. It has all the impressive stats to generate a great picture and it does. The voice activated remote works great right out of the box, ask and you'll receive was my experience. Audio is as all I've experienced with super thin TVs. Add audio for the complete experience, I grabbed a Yamaha with 7.2 with atmos while I was at bestbuy and a higher end sony 4k blueray. It's in stereo now but that will change soon. Overall I'm pleased and am upgrading my sources for a better matched signal to experience better what this TV is about. I'd say buy it but look close at the OLED's before you slide your plastic, what's another $5-600.00 at this point?

Opening the box, removing the tv and connecting the support legs all done by myself alone, for a convenient and safe assembly. User interface clear and reliable. Image quality excellent. High price, but a tv to last years.

...the A8F that it replaced (actually, that OLED is now in a room more suited to the OLED's perfect blacks). The "flaws" identified in the Rtings.com review are off no consequence to us in our applicaton. I only wish that the audio was on par with the video (or at least front-firing speakers). We are very pleased with our Sony TV's.

This TV is so good! The negative reviews have not done it justice because to me, it's a better TV than the 950G. It does bloom, but that can be adjusted in the settings. With this the overall picture quality of this TV is truly breathtaking. Plus getting it for less than $1400 was the icing on the cake.

Master Series Television with a great picture and color.

"Purchased" June 9 but thanks to Covid, couldn't be delivered/ installed till July 1 . Wall mounted by BB Geek Squad contractors, all is well at this time. My older Yamaha AVR didn't pass HDCP 2.2 so upgraded that, HDMI 4K certified cables, and new front & center speakers (DefTech). SO, naturally couple weeks after the 30 day return expired started seeing video glitching (freeze, stutter) on streaming apps installed on TV . After texts/phone calls to Sony support and troubleshooting by yours truly video glitching is gone but now have audio dropouts on those same streaming apps. I can use the same streaming apps via ROKU Ultra and Sony UBP-X800 Blu-Ray with no issues,At third level with Sony support. BTW , the Z9F is two model years old, something sales rep neglected to mention when I originally thought of getting the X950H or a Samsung Q80T . Finally Sony needs some better people designing their remotes, clunky and not hand friendly. FYI

This Master Series Tv has excellent picture and the sound is great but then again you would not expect anything less from Sony! This Tv is a bedroom replacement and looks and sounds better than the one I have in the living room.

Excellent TV with everything you could imagine. Picture quality is excellent and the clarity in detail is top notch compared to other LCD TVs. The brightness is better than anything I’ve ever owned and the Blacks while not all OLED are still pretty good considering.
